Build risk concept to sales team to cooperate with risk management to maintain satisfied loan quality

Work with product manager in sales training, process and fulfillment

Ensure that loan advisor sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory framework.

Qualification
Candidate should exhibit sales coaching skill and management skills

Candidate should possess excellent service and working attitude, able to perform under pressure, is sales driven and able to motivate and coach effective
