    1. 放在一起使用表示（程度上）更強；更多
    eg:He earns a lot more than I do.
    他賺的錢比我多多了。
    2.還可以表示不止；多于
    西城男孩（Westlife）有一首膾炙人口的歌叫做 You raise me up. 其中有一句歌詞就是
    “You raise me up...
    to more than I can be”
    more than I can be： 超越我自己。
    此外, more than 還可以和其他詞匯一起構(gòu)成好用的說法。比如：
    more than words can say
    字面意思：多于語言能夠表達的
    實際意思：溢于言表
    有一首老歌叫 I love you more than I can say. 翻譯過來：愛你在心口難開。
    3.no more than 至多；不超過
    eg:There is room for no more than 3 cars.
    這地最多只能放三輛車。
    4.分開寫表示 與其...不如...
    注意：跟漢語的語序相反，英語里是 “不如”在前，“與其”在后
    eg:He is more diligent than wise.
    與其說他聰明，倒不如說他勤奮。
