職位描述
崗位職責：
Job Description：
-Take charge of QMD function management
First piece check, last piece check, incoming inspection for external processing parts, final inspection.
-PPAP document preparation (MSA, Cpk, dimentional report etc.)
-Internal audit
-Internal claims
-External claims
-TS 16949 document
任職資格：
Educational background:
-4years bachlor degree ( machinery or related major)
Work experience:
->3 year of experience in dimension or related job
Professional knowledge:
-Familiar with dimensional test methods and test device: form tester, contracer, spc work station, projector, caliper, height gague etc.
-Familiar with SPC and software
-Good communication skills
-Familiar with APQP
-Internal auditor certification (TS16949 or VDA 6.3)
-Good knowledge in quality tools： fish bone, 5 why, 8D, plato etc.
Soft skills:
Structured working style, , open-minded, team player, communicative, reliable, Customer Satisfaction Oriented, result driven
Language skills:
Good English: oral & writing
