《定國是詔》
《定國是詔》又名《明定國是詔》，是1898年6月11日，是一部由光緒皇帝頒布的改革綱領(lǐng)，旨在表明展開戊戌變法的決心。以皇帝名義“詔定國是”，其目的是“以變法為號令之宗旨，以西學(xué)為臣民之講求，著為國是，以定眾向，然后變法之事乃決，人心乃一，趨向乃定。”(梁啟超《戊戌政變記》)

Ding Guo Shi Zhao, also known as Ming Ding Guo Shi Zhao, was a reform program promulgated by Emperor Guanxu on June 11, 1898 with a view to show the determination to carry out reform (the Hundred Days’ Reform).
