秦始皇陵建于公元前246年至公元前208年，歷時39年，現(xiàn)存陵冢高76米，陵園布置仿秦都咸陽，分內(nèi)外兩城，陵冢位于內(nèi)城西南，放置棺槨和隨葬器物的地方，為秦始皇陵墓建筑群的核心，目前尚未發(fā)掘完成。秦始皇陵是中國秦朝皇帝秦始皇的陵墓，也是中國第一個規(guī)模宏大、布局講究且保存完好的帝王陵寢。

Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor and Terra-Cotta Warriors
The Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor (Qin Shi Huang) was constructed over 38 years, from 246 to 208 BC, and is situated underneath a 76-meter tall tomb mound, shaped like a truncated pyramid. The layout of the mausoleum is modeled from the Qin capital Xianyang, divided into inner and outer cities. The tomb is located in the southwest of the inner city and faces east. The main tomb chamber, housing the coffin and burial artifacts, is the core of the architectural complex of the mausoleum, which has not yet been excavated. Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor is the first imperial tomb with a grand scale, decent layout and well preserved in Chinese history.
