達(dá)摩立像，一般指現(xiàn)藏于北京故宮博物院的“清黃楊木雕達(dá)摩立像”。雕像的造型為一尊站立的羅漢，其面目似胡人，而衣飾則為漢人裝束。達(dá)摩像左手捧蝠，凝神回首，衣袂鼓蕩。達(dá)摩指菩提達(dá)摩(?-536年)，是中國(guó)佛教史上的重要人物，也是造型藝術(shù)中常見(jiàn)的形象。

The Standing Image of Dharma
"The Standing Image of Dharma" is a boxwood-carved standing image of Dharma currently safeguarded at the Beijing Palace Museum. The statue takes the form of a standing Buddhist arhat that somewhat resembles an ancient Tartar in appearance but wears dress of the Han people. The image holds a bat in its left hand that is difficult to discern due to its over-large clothing. Dharma (also known as Bodhidharma (?-536) is an important figure of the Buddhist history and as a result is commonly sculpted.
