A Chinese couple who took a toilet seat from theirhotel in Nagoya, Japan has become the subject ofheated online discussion.
日前，一對中國夫婦從其下榻的日本名古屋的一家酒店中順走了馬桶蓋，此事已經(jīng)成為網(wǎng)上熱議的話題。
According to a WeChat user, the couple, who waspart of a Chinese tour group, took a multi-functiontoilet seat from their room.
據(jù)一名微信用戶爆料，這對夫妻是跟隨一個(gè)中國旅行團(tuán)前往日本旅游的，他們偷走了下榻酒店房間內(nèi)的一個(gè)多功能馬桶蓋。
After realizing that the toilet seat was missing, thehotel contacted the group's tour guide and called the police.
在意識(shí)到馬桶蓋失竊之后，酒店聯(lián)系了該旅行團(tuán)的導(dǎo)游，并且報(bào)了警。
Mr. Yang, with the Ningbo branch of Shanghai's Spring Travel, said that the couple was part ofa six-day group trip to Japan, which included a stay at Toyoko Inn in Nagoya.
據(jù)上海春天旅行社寧波分社的楊先生表示，這對夫婦參與了一趟前往日本6天旅游的旅行團(tuán)，安排他們在名古屋的東橫INN住宿。
"They moved the two beds together and found the toilet seat under the bed. They thought ithad been left by other guests who had stayed in the room, so they decided to take it withthem," he said.
他說道：“他們把兩張床拼到了一起，卻發(fā)現(xiàn)床底下有一個(gè)馬桶蓋。他們以為那個(gè)馬桶蓋是之前住這間房間的客人留下來的，于是他們決定把它帶走。”
"The tour group was on the way to another hotel. With the help of the tour guide, the couplemailed the toilet seat back to Toyoko Inn. They later sent a letter of apology."
“當(dāng)時(shí)旅行團(tuán)正在前往另一家酒店的路上。在導(dǎo)游的協(xié)助之下，這對夫婦將馬桶蓋郵寄回了東橫INN酒店。隨后他們還寄回了一封致歉信。”
Yang said the hotel has opted not to press charges against the couple.
據(jù)楊先生表示，酒店方面已經(jīng)決定不對這對夫婦發(fā)起訴訟。
