Instead of resorting to phones or selfie sticks, EshaBiswas has chosen to record the most memorablemoments in her life - including her graduationceremony - by taking selfies reflected on the shiny surface of a metal kettle.

"I was fascinated by the way the kettle stretched and transformed the world around me; itseemed to contain a whole little world inside of it, with my figure always at the center of theglobe," Biswas told My Modern Met, a US-based photography website.

The unconventional photographer has taken over 30 selfies over four years in an attempt torecord the world around her in the polychrome globe. And she's not finished yet – “The TeaKettle Adventures” is an ongoing project.

From her dorm in the University of Michigan to the exotic boulevards of Paris in France, thekettle that always accompanies her provides a kaleidoscope lens displaying her thrilling lifeexperiences.

Reflecting miscellaneous scenes featuring flaming red leaves, snow-bound paths, flourishingflowers and a sparkling Christmas tree, the kettle has become much more than a householdappliance, instead acting as a multi-dimensional blotter engraved with numerous slices ofdaily life.
火紅的葉片、白雪皚皚的小徑、絢爛的花朵以及閃閃發(fā)光的圣誕樹(shù)...茶壺記錄下各式各樣的美好事物，如同一份多維度記錄冊(cè)，載入無(wú)數(shù)的生活片影，早已不是一枚普通的家居用品了。
Through the photos, Biswas hopes to "urge people to look more closely at the world aroundthem - even if it means looking at a pot of tea."
比斯瓦斯希望她的照片能夠“呼吁人們更加關(guān)注身邊的世界--即使一壺茶也有它的精彩。”
She added that even familiar places like bedrooms and backyards can become perfect spots forphotography as long as we endeavor to discover frivolous beauty in our sometimes prosaiclives.
她還表示，只要我們善于在平淡的生活中發(fā)現(xiàn)細(xì)微的美麗，即使像臥室、后院這樣很熟悉的地方，也可以成為拍照的絕美場(chǎng)景。
