全國翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)考試(China Accreditation Test for Translators and Interpreters -- CATTI)是受國家人力資源和社會(huì)保障部委托，由中國外文出版發(fā)行事業(yè)局(China Foreign Languages Publishing Administration)負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)施與管理的一項(xiàng)國家級(jí)職業(yè)資格考試，已納入國家職業(yè)資格證書制度，是一項(xiàng)在全國實(shí)行的、統(tǒng)一的、面向全社會(huì)的翻譯專業(yè)資格(水平)認(rèn)證，是對(duì)參試人員口譯或筆譯方面雙語互譯能力和水平的評(píng)價(jià)與認(rèn)定。

翻譯資格考試準(zhǔn)考證打印(領(lǐng)取)注意事項(xiàng)：
筆譯準(zhǔn)考證：一般情況，考前一周內(nèi)，考生登錄全國專業(yè)技術(shù)人員資格考試報(bào)名服務(wù)平臺(tái)快速通道“準(zhǔn)考證打印”欄目，用A4紙自行打印。
口譯準(zhǔn)考證：一般情況，口譯準(zhǔn)考證現(xiàn)場領(lǐng)取。
考生須持本人準(zhǔn)考證、正式有效身份證(軍官證、護(hù)照)參加考試。
考試注意事項(xiàng)
(一)考生應(yīng)考時(shí)必須攜帶準(zhǔn)考證、身份證(軍人可持軍官證)原件，否則不允許參加考試。
(二)應(yīng)試人員應(yīng)考時(shí)，應(yīng)攜帶黑色墨水筆、橡皮和2B鉛筆。參加筆譯實(shí)務(wù)科目考試，應(yīng)試人員可攜帶紙質(zhì)中外、外中詞典各一本?？紙鰝溆胁莞寮?，考后收回。
(三)答題前要仔細(xì)閱讀應(yīng)試人員注意事項(xiàng)(試卷封二)和作答須知(專用答題卡首頁);使用規(guī)定的作答工具在專用答題卡指定的區(qū)域內(nèi)作答。各語種一、二、三級(jí)筆譯實(shí)務(wù)科目均在專用答題卡上作答;英、日、俄二、三級(jí)筆譯綜合能力科目均在答題卡上作答。

筆譯考試由內(nèi)蒙古省人事考試中心統(tǒng)一設(shè)置考場。

一、名詞與冠詞

英語的名詞分可數(shù)名詞和不可數(shù)名詞，而且往往要和冠詞連用。例1中的period，enterprise和nation都是可數(shù)名詞。period在這里是泛指，沒有說是哪一段時(shí)間，因此要加不定冠詞，說a long period of time.enterprise在這里也是泛指，泛指往往用復(fù)數(shù)，或用單數(shù)加定冠詞，表明這一類的東西，因此這里要說state enterprises，或the state enterprise， 既不用復(fù)數(shù)又不用冠詞是不行的。nation在這里專指我國，一定要加定冠詞，說the nation.例9中的issue也是專指，要加定冠詞>>>點(diǎn)擊查看全文
