    Brian is a real cheapo. He won’t even spend the money to buy his mother a birthday present.
    布萊恩真是個小氣鬼。他甚至不愿意花錢位他嘛嘛買生日禮物。
    2. cheapie便宜貨
    It’s a cheapie. I spent only a couple of bucks on it.
    這是個便宜貨。我才花一兩塊錢買的。
    3. chow down吃飯
    Let’s chow down. I’m so hungry.
    吃飯吧。我餓死了。
    4. clam up住口，不說話(原意為“蚌殼合起來”)
    When Vinnie entered the room, Mary clammed up.
    文尼已進入房間，瑪麗就閉嘴了。
    5. chill out緩和情緒，冷靜下來
    Chill out. Things are not as bad as they seem.
    冷靜一點。事情并不象表面上那么糟。
