M: In fact you do,but you may not remember me.(Reading)
1)一般來(lái)說,在英語(yǔ)中,假如主句謂語(yǔ)是believe,think,suppose之類的動(dòng)詞,后接從句要表示否定時(shí),其否定形式應(yīng)該前移到主句。如:
I don’t think (that) he is a good teacher. 我認(rèn)為他不是個(gè)好老師。
At the time I didn’t think she had seen me. 那時(shí)我認(rèn)為她沒有看見我。
如果這類句子要改寫成反意疑問句,其附加疑問部分往往與that分句中的主語(yǔ)和謂語(yǔ)保持對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系,但要注意否定的轉(zhuǎn)移。故上面的例子改寫成反意疑問句應(yīng)是:
I don’t think he is a good teacher,is he?
At the time I didn’t think she had seen me,had she?
2)do,does,did可用來(lái)代替前面出現(xiàn)過的動(dòng)詞,以避免重復(fù)。如:
—— May I call on you in the morning? 上午我可以來(lái)拜訪你嗎?
—— Yes,please do. 請(qǐng)來(lái)吧。
She works harder than he does. 她比他工作努力。
