改譯：正如良好的品格 要從基礎抓起 ，一個良好的社會也是如此。這就是打擊反社會行為的想法，而非實際舉措，是建立在真正的 洞察力 基礎上的原因。
點評：
1、 bottom是“基礎”的意思，from the bottom up就是“從基礎抓起”，故把“從細微末節(jié)做起”改為“從基礎抓起”。
2、 insight是“洞察力”的意思，譯為“自我省悟”就不對了，美國有家雜志Insight，中文則譯成《洞察》。
