機(jī)考后，一般2-6周會(huì)收到筆試的準(zhǔn)考證。
筆考后，一般6-8周收到成績(jī)單。
但是可能由于種種原因，會(huì)收不到準(zhǔn)考證和成績(jī)單，
如果大家在考試前兩周還沒有收到準(zhǔn)考證就給ETS發(fā)郵件所要電子版的吧!
解決方法:
一、直接寫電郵給ets
ETS的郵箱: gre-info@ets.org
索要電子版準(zhǔn)考證，收到之后打印出來(lái)就可以當(dāng)成準(zhǔn)考證來(lái)用(對(duì)準(zhǔn)考證內(nèi)容的具體解釋請(qǐng)看準(zhǔn)考證回復(fù)原文)
你需要提供的信息：
1. 索取準(zhǔn)考證 考場(chǎng)信息(如在哪個(gè)考場(chǎng)參加的機(jī)考)時(shí)間(什么時(shí)候參加的) 姓名 確認(rèn)號(hào)，我當(dāng)時(shí)就是把報(bào)名網(wǎng)頁(yè)顯示的所有信息都寫上的。
2. 索取成績(jī)單 準(zhǔn)考證號(hào)碼，姓名即可。
如果沒找到準(zhǔn)考證 提供姓名后 它回復(fù)告知

二、直接打電話給ETS
ETS的電話是1-609-771-7670。
如果你直接撥的話，要在國(guó)家代碼前補(bǔ)0才行。ETS的就是 001 609 771 7670。
聽完一堆廢話后，按8直接和representative 說。他回問你要 Registration number(就是機(jī)考的那個(gè))，然后check一下所有的信息(就是叫你說一遍你的地址，名字，生日，其實(shí)他都有，只是對(duì)一下而已)和你的EMAIL。都完了以后，他會(huì)叫你記下你的registration number(筆考的)然后說一下考試時(shí)間，地點(diǎn)等等。
只要這個(gè)registration number，2個(gè)photo ID 就可以考了，所以大家不用擔(dān)心。
打電話注意一下時(shí)差：Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 7:45 p.m. EST (except for U. S.Holidays). Phone lines are busiest between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.EST and all day on Monday.
沒記錯(cuò)的話 美國(guó)東部時(shí)間(就是上面的那個(gè)EST)和中國(guó)北京時(shí)間正好差12個(gè)小時(shí)。

注釋：
紫色地方是ETS那里保存的你的地址，如果想改地址的話，可以現(xiàn)在給他們發(fā)郵件嘗試一下，我要準(zhǔn)考證的時(shí)候順便就把地址又改了一下，結(jié)果過了一段時(shí)間以后就收到準(zhǔn)考證了。
藍(lán)色地方bearing recent photograph and signature是指帶照片的有效證件，學(xué)生證和身份證即可。就是兩類有效證件，跟你機(jī)考時(shí)候代的證件一樣就可以。
紅色地方是指一個(gè)大學(xué)，后面TESTING CTR 410 DONG TI YU HUI ROAD SHANGHAI INTERNATIONAL STUDIES UNIV SHANGHAI 200083 PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA是SHANGHAI INTERNATIONAL STUDIES UNIV 的具體地址。具體的考場(chǎng)考試的前一天去這個(gè)學(xué)校問一下就可以，都是沒有說的
