2.對學生好，不僅可以給學生最新的知識，而且采用最適合學生的方法，培養(yǎng)學生的學習興趣。Requiring teachers to update their knowledge can impart students the most updated knowledge as well as adopt more suitable teaching pedagogy for students.
一方面，知識隨著社會的發(fā)展在不斷更新和變化，所以老師作為知識傳遞者有義務向?qū)W生保證知識的準確性。
另一方面，教學方法的提升可以培養(yǎng)學生的學習興趣從而讓孩子養(yǎng)成自學的習慣。
比如說一個天文學老師如果了解希臘神話的話，可以在教授八大行星的名稱的時候，結合神話里的人物名稱來讓學生的更好的學習，而且可以增強學生對天文學的興趣。
3.讓步，五年一學習的話會占用老師的休閑時間，影響他們的休息和上課效率。但是此說法并不成立，因為五年進修一次占用的時間沒有那么多，所以也不會產(chǎn)生很大影響。
