在托?？谡Z考試中，經(jīng)常會(huì)考到人物品質(zhì)類的話題，比如考生在考試的過程中，經(jīng)常會(huì)被問到作為一個(gè)好鄰居，好老師，好朋友，好父母，好領(lǐng)導(dǎo)或者好同事應(yīng)該具備的品質(zhì)。然后，我們就從以下幾個(gè)方面入手來分析。
一.情態(tài)動(dòng)詞
首先，我們來看看will/would，may/might, should, can/could的不同之處。
1.首先，我們來看一下will和would
(1)它們used to show that you are willing or already to do sth用語表示愿意準(zhǔn)備做某事，would的語氣更加委婉一些。
I will come up and help you clean the room in a minute.我馬上就來幫你打掃房間。
(2)請(qǐng)求某人做某事，would的語氣更加委婉。
Excuse me. Will you/Would you please help open the door for me?麻煩您幫我開一下們可以嗎?
2.may/might
(1) If sth may happen or may be true ,there is a possibility that it will happen or be true, but it is not certain.表示可能，也許，may的可能性大于might、
例句：I may be late, so start without me.我可能會(huì)遲到，不要等我。
(2)表示很客氣的去請(qǐng)求某事，might比may更加委婉。
I‘d like to open the window ,if I may.如果可以的話，我想去打開那扇窗戶。
3.should它表示應(yīng)該，應(yīng)當(dāng)，表示這樣做時(shí)最好，最公正，其中ought to和be supposed to 是它的同義詞
4.can/could懂得，會(huì)，could可以作為can的過去式
例句：
I can speak both Chinese and English very well我漢語和英語都說的很好。
(2)表示可能性，can表示的可能性大于could
I am sure I can work it out.我確定我可以解決這個(gè)問題
(3)have permission to do sth. Or to be allowed to do sth允許，could的語氣更加委婉。
You can not go home until you finish your homework.不完成作業(yè)不允許你回家。
二.具體應(yīng)用

1.父母

(2)considerate-有愛心

(3)supportive-支持
A good parent should give children support when they try to do something challenging. 好的父/母應(yīng)該在孩子做具有挑戰(zhàn)性的事情的時(shí)候給予支持。
A good parent should also support children when they are in difficulties.好的父/母應(yīng)該在孩子遇到困難的時(shí)候仍然給予支持。
(4)Exemplary-樹立榜樣
A good parent ought to set good examples for children in every respect.好的父/母應(yīng)該從方方面面給孩子樹立榜樣。
A good parent should keep an eye on his or her own misbehaviors.好的父/母應(yīng)該特別關(guān)注自己的不當(dāng)行為。
(5)trustworthy-值得信賴
A good parent is like a close friend with whom children can share anything.好的父/母就像朋友一樣，孩子可與之分享一下。
A good parent is supposed to always keep his or her promise. 好的父/母應(yīng)該重視自己的諾言。

(2)helpful-熱心
