文中的 sauna weather就是我們平時(shí)說(shuō)的“桑拿天”，sauna (桑拿浴) 的感覺(jué)想必大家都知道，stiflingly hot(非常悶熱)，因此 sauna weather 就是用來(lái)形容悶熱難耐的天氣，也稱(chēng)為sauna days。
本周一，北京市氣象臺(tái)發(fā)布了今年首個(gè) orange-coded heat alert (高溫橙色預(yù)警)，land surface temperature(地面溫度)超過(guò)55攝氏度，power consumption (用電量)再達(dá)峰值。在這樣的“大蒸籠”里，很多人出現(xiàn)了不適癥狀，大家要謹(jǐn)防 heat stroke (中暑)
