【教授舉例】： 當(dāng)老師希望學(xué)生做出desirable behavior的時(shí)候，老師會與學(xué)生訂立一個(gè)contract, 來encourage。教授舉了一個(gè)自己的例子，他曾今教小孩子，但他們回答問題時(shí)直接yell, 而沒有raise hands，這樣會interrupt其他同學(xué)。其中有一個(gè)叫Sarah的女生尤其嚴(yán)重，于是教授和她談話，發(fā)現(xiàn)她想用學(xué)校的computer來play games。然后，教授就跟她訂立contract:你如果保證上課不yell而是先舉手，那么就讓她use computer, 最后成功地使Sarah學(xué)會舉手了。 |
