【教授舉例】： 當老師希望學(xué)生做出desirable behavior的時候，老師會與學(xué)生訂立一個contract, 來encourage。教授舉了一個自己的例子，他曾今教小孩子，但他們回答問題時直接yell, 而沒有raise hands，這樣會interrupt其他同學(xué)。其中有一個叫Sarah的女生尤其嚴重，于是教授和她談話，發(fā)現(xiàn)她想用學(xué)校的computer來play games。然后，教授就跟她訂立contract:你如果保證上課不yell而是先舉手，那么就讓她use computer, 最后成功地使Sarah學(xué)會舉手了。 |

| Question 6 | 【講課要點】：關(guān)于Ants如何在foraging 中提高效率，尋找到更多的食物。 有兩種方法： 一是change direction;舉了個例子 Amy Ant（具體是不是這么拼的不曉得，反正從讀音聽起來是Amy），在第一次覓食過程中會 go south of their nest（還是north？？忘掉了，不好意思哈~），然后第二次會換一個方向，say east（這個確定），這樣就可以 avoid cover same place。 二是work together, 舉例子是ants發(fā)現(xiàn)了一塊fruit, 如果把fruit切成小塊搬運的話，需要50（還是15只？？大家看著辦哈）只螞蟻；如果是一起抬的話就只需要9只ants, 因而更高效了。 |
