| 閱讀文章要點(diǎn)：primary care doctors 短缺的三個(gè)原因 1. medical school 學(xué)費(fèi)高昂； 2. 工作壓力太大，負(fù)擔(dān)重，less time relax and less vacations； 3. opportunity of training 不足。 聽(tīng)力逐一反駁： 1. 政府有national health service program 提供low interest 貸款和scholarship, 還有 compensation 來(lái)補(bǔ)償收入； 2. nurses 可以減輕doctors 的burden, 現(xiàn)在nurses undergo comprehensive training, 可 以給病人開(kāi)處方等； 3. 其實(shí)不是不足，而是badly distributed, 也就是說(shuō)有些醫(yī)院的training position 很多，有些卻很少，所以有new law 頒布說(shuō)如果某個(gè)醫(yī)院的position 空缺三年沒(méi)人報(bào)，就分給其他醫(yī)院。 |
