第一步：注冊成為教育部考試中心網(wǎng)上報名的系統(tǒng)用戶
如果你從未使用過教育部考試中心IELTS考試網(wǎng)上報名系統(tǒng)，你必須先注冊成為用戶。完成這一步，你需要提供基本的個人資料如：姓名、身份證明號碼、郵寄地址、電話號碼和電子信箱地址。當(dāng)你提交了所需要的資料之后，你將得到教育部考試中心報名系統(tǒng)分配給你的一個NEEA用戶號（NEEA user ID） 號碼。在注冊之前，你將看到網(wǎng)上報名協(xié)議，它為網(wǎng)上報名系統(tǒng)用戶設(shè)定了相應(yīng)的條款。你必須點(diǎn)擊同意按鈕，同意遵守這些條款，否則，系統(tǒng)將不允許你進(jìn)行注冊。當(dāng)你成功注冊成為系統(tǒng)用戶后，系統(tǒng)將向你的電子郵箱發(fā)送一封確認(rèn)郵件。
第二步：預(yù)存考試費(fèi)
IELTS報名流程規(guī)定考生須支付足額考費(fèi)后方可選擇考位。注冊成為NEEA用戶后，每次進(jìn)入“我的狀態(tài)”頁面，系統(tǒng)將顯示考生付費(fèi)狀態(tài)，考生可以查看考位情況。同時，考生還可以看到付款鏈接。點(diǎn)擊付款鏈接會引導(dǎo)你完成付費(fèi)手續(xù)。
第三步：選擇考位
當(dāng)你成功將考試費(fèi)預(yù)存到你在教育部考試中心網(wǎng)上報名系統(tǒng)的賬戶之后， “我的狀態(tài)”頁面會顯示你的帳戶余額。只有當(dāng)余額大于等于考費(fèi)后考生才可以選擇考位。
第四步：填寫報名表并確認(rèn)付費(fèi)
選擇考位后，在“我的狀態(tài)”網(wǎng)頁上有填寫報名表并確認(rèn)付款按鈕。點(diǎn)擊此按鈕，你可以填寫IELTS報名表。
