The reasons for Multiple Choice questions are difficult
1. There’s more to read 要讀的內(nèi)容太多
2. Several of the choices may be mentioned 聽力原文中會提到多個選項
3. Exact words from the question might not be used 題干中的詞可能會被同義詞替換掉
So what could we do?接下來告訴大家3個實用tips：
1. Use the breaks to read the questions 一定會利用好聽力考試的空白時間去讀題目
2. Underline keywords in the questions and choices 畫出題目和選項中的關(guān)鍵詞
3. Listen for synonyms or similar keywords 聽出同義詞或相似的關(guān)鍵詞
接下來我們來以一道真題為例，大家把劍8翻到第61頁，聽一下這道題目：
Paul decided to get work experience in South America because he wanted
A) To teach English there
B) To improve Spanish
C) To learn about Latin American life

Interviewer: Let’s talk about your work experience in South America. What took you there? Was is to gain more fluency in Spanish?
Paul: Well, as I’m combining Spanish with Latin American studies, my idea was to find out about the way people lived there. My spoken Spanish was already pretty good in fact.
Interviewer: So you weren’t too worried about language barriers?
Paul: No. In fact, I ended up teaching English there, although that wasn’t my original choice of work.
按照上面的3個tips中的指示，首先我們要利用空白時間去讀題，讀題的同時要畫出題目和選項中的關(guān)鍵詞，我把它們標(biāo)紅如下：

然后聽原文的時候，要注意聽同義詞，聽到的和本題相關(guān)的內(nèi)容已經(jīng)被我標(biāo)紅如下：
