般若波羅蜜，一聲一聲
生如夏花，死如秋葉
還在乎擁有什么
這首詩出自泰翁的《飛鳥集》，“生如夏天絢爛，死如秋葉靜美”兩句連起來，是一種生命的感激和對自然之美的贊嘆。沒有經(jīng)歷過“生如夏花”的絢爛的人何嘗體味的到“死若秋葉”靜美呢?“死若秋葉”是一種對生活的滿足，一種對生命的感激、和一種由感激和滿足衍生出的豁達啊。
“死如秋葉之靜美”不是一種消極厭世的生活態(tài)度，它是一種感激，感激造物在千千萬萬種可能性中選擇了我們，賜予我們生命，賦予我們智慧。
泰戈爾借著這首詩表達了對生死的從容和坦然，此句更是用了對偶，對于生，選擇絢爛，是一種積極的人生觀，對于死選擇靜美，坦蕩的胸懷極富詩意，強烈的表現(xiàn)了作者的生死觀。
鄭振鐸的譯文流暢富有情感，將原文的意境表達的非常完美。在韻腳的處理上，翻譯也十分巧妙，既兼顧了原文的風(fēng)格，保留了英文的韻律感，又將漢語的文字美傳達得非常到位。
整個詩歌的漢語翻譯和英文一樣，行文流暢，表達得十分到位，文字充滿了韻味，讀起來有種意猶未盡之感，非常符合泰戈爾的文字風(fēng)格，值得一品。
