體育事件
文體愛好這個(gè)話題是雅思口語考試中老生常談，備受考官青睞的熱門主題。而從2012年年初開始，運(yùn)動(dòng)這個(gè)話題尤其火熱，與其相關(guān)的問題可以貫穿于雅思口語三個(gè)部分?？赡芤话銓W(xué)生都會(huì)認(rèn)為這個(gè)話題比較簡(jiǎn)單，因?yàn)槲覀兇蟛糠挚绝唫兏嗟氖窃谥v運(yùn)動(dòng)給我們帶來的好處，比如說make us stronger andhealthier, build our strength and lift our spirit，takemy mind off the things that annoy me等等。毋庸置疑這些想法絕對(duì)沒有錯(cuò)，但是對(duì)于考官來說這是非常boringand dull, 缺乏創(chuàng)意的，十足的cliche。所以雅思口語對(duì)于運(yùn)動(dòng)的考點(diǎn)也在不斷的改革和包裝，尤其在PartII的卡片題中，由老題Describe an outdoor activity轉(zhuǎn)變成Your favorite physicalactivity, 再轉(zhuǎn)變成A sport event/ A sport star you like, 最近又演變成A sportevent you watched on TV。我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn)，雅思口語考試對(duì)于運(yùn)動(dòng)考點(diǎn)的難度系數(shù)越來越高。打破傳統(tǒng)的簡(jiǎn)單描述單項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)，考官更想聽到的是烤鴨們能夠就某一種運(yùn)動(dòng)比如說籃球，足球運(yùn)動(dòng)過程的表達(dá)，尤其是在一個(gè)具體體育事件中的運(yùn)動(dòng)員的表現(xiàn)和技巧，并且是通過電視(沒有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的激動(dòng)的體驗(yàn))，這需要烤鴨們具備運(yùn)動(dòng)相關(guān)的專有性詞匯，而不是一些非常簡(jiǎn)單的形容詞的羅列。但是對(duì)于大部分的烤鴨們來說，他們本身對(duì)于體育就是一個(gè)layman, 除非有非常強(qiáng)的興趣和平時(shí)積累，否則就只能求人品過關(guān)了。
在筆者的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)中，我一直給學(xué)生們灌輸?shù)囊粋€(gè)思想就是想法決定一切。尤其是PartII的Event部分，你的開場(chǎng)決定考官對(duì)你的印象和關(guān)注，你選擇描述的方向決定你的成敗。對(duì)于體育事件，很多烤鴨們當(dāng)下的反應(yīng)可能就是李娜的Tennis Tournament, 郭晶晶的DivingCompetition, 或者是姚明的basketball game。其實(shí)烤鴨們可以有很多選擇，但是考慮到第三部分引申出來的問題，你的選擇的前提一定是在能力范圍內(nèi)并且容易發(fā)揮，能夠有所創(chuàng)新的。在這里，天道小編給大家提供兩個(gè)可供參考的選擇：

開場(chǎng)：對(duì)于很多抽象性和藝術(shù)性話題，比如說Amovie, A piece of music, 很多考生們?cè)陂_場(chǎng)時(shí)就會(huì)顯得平庸和單調(diào)，缺乏亮點(diǎn)和說服力，從而顯得非常不真實(shí)。其實(shí)，對(duì)于任何一個(gè)人，在他的一生中都不僅僅只看過一部電影，或者只聽過一首歌，或者只看過一次體育事件，而在考試時(shí)你只能選擇其中一場(chǎng)或者一部，跟其他的相比，這一場(chǎng)或者一部一定是獨(dú)特的。

Winning the chance to hold the Olympic Games can even bring greatglory and honor to a country; 值得驕傲的是，China was announced to bethe host of 2008 Olympic Games, in which Chinese nation takes pride 所以As one of patriotic Chinese,I could not help waiting in front of TV and watching it. 但是大家知道，奧運(yùn)會(huì)包括多項(xiàng)運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目，對(duì)于該話題，烤鴨們是非常有必要講到自己所喜歡的項(xiàng)目的。或者Itwas the final of the International Pair Figure Skating Tournament that capturedpeople’s attention and imagination. Actually, I am not a big skating fan, and Ieven used to be fear of skating which is like an impossible mission for me. But4 years ago when I turned on TV and watched the sport event by chance, I wastotally amused by the performance of the elite skaters from different countrieslike Sweden, Russia and China competing for the championship. Their gracefuland fluid footwork was very impressive, when the female skater spun around herpartner, she was like a lightsome butterfly. And what was the climax of theevent for me was the moment when Chinese athletes Shen Xue and Zhao Hongboentered the rink. I was extremely surprised to see Chinese faces who are thetop pair of skaters in China. With great excitement and expectation, I concentratedall my attention on the screen. They effortlessly executed every element intheir programme: difficult throws, spins and a high triple-twist. Their rarelyseen forward-outside death spiral earned them prolonged applause from theaudiences and a higher mark than the proceeding athletes.

The Olympic Games/ InternationalPair Figure Skating Tournament was really a visual feast which is filled withmagic and miracle.
