    關(guān)于四個國家政府在1990-1995見的花銷的比較 四個pie chart
    四個部分的花銷：education defence health and others
    其中肯尼亞和另一個國家（記不起名字了）較為相似，在教育上的花銷較大而在defence上很小，與之相比較的是英國和美國，他們在教育上的expenditure較小，而健康和defence上很大，四個國家的相同之處就是other占的比例最大，大約都在70%左右。
