新西蘭移民局規(guī)定，用于投資移民款項，如為家人共有，需要：
配偶或EOI中受撫養(yǎng)申請人，且
申請人提供關系證明，
如不能證明關系，或資金來自非以上關系人共有，則主申請人要證明其擁有之部分資金來源，
或能證明贈與部分資金。
Your investment funds must be owned either by you or jointly by you and your partner and/or your dependent children that you have included in your Expression of Interest and/or application.
If the funds you are nominating are partly owned by your partner, you may only claim the full value if you meet the minimum requirements for the recognition of partnerships.
If you do not meet our partnership requirements, or you own the funds with someone who is not your spouse/partner and/or dependent child, you may only claim the value of that portion of the funds or assets for which you can provide evidence of ownership.
You cannot borrow the funds from someone else but you may nominate funds or assets which have been given to you unconditionally and in accordance with local law. (Source: Immigration NZ)
