澳洲190類別境外申請州提名或親屬擔(dān)保技術(shù)移民簽證是指申請人以自己的技能為基礎(chǔ)，同時獲得州/領(lǐng)地政府提名或親屬擔(dān)保的技術(shù)移民。
移民要求
1. 通過職業(yè)評估;
2. 過去2年中，至少有1年工作經(jīng)驗(或在澳洲學(xué)習(xí)2年以上，在半年內(nèi)遞交可以豁免工作經(jīng)驗);
3. IELTS每門6分;
4. 年齡在50歲以下;
5.中專/職高以上學(xué)歷。

職業(yè)為各州緊缺職業(yè)，有州政府提名擔(dān)保。目前可以申請南澳州、維州、首都領(lǐng)地、塔斯馬尼亞州擔(dān)保(加5分)。
