新西蘭SMC無雇主技術(shù)移民發(fā)布EOI挑選分?jǐn)?shù)重大調(diào)整通知，Skilled Migrant Category (SMC)挑選分從140分，提高到160分該政策從2016年10月12日生效，已經(jīng)ITA的不受影響。
關(guān)于新西蘭SMC技術(shù)移民評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，有一處調(diào)整：就業(yè)在新西蘭奧克蘭之外地區(qū)原來分值為10分，調(diào)整后分值為30分。其他均未變化。對于中國境內(nèi)的申請人來說，沒有影響。
關(guān)于語言(language)也將有所調(diào)整，原先只認(rèn)可雅思總分6.5的成績或當(dāng)時(shí)的豁免情形，目前對語言的認(rèn)可條件調(diào)整如下(新新源)：
（1）雅思總分6.5（2年有效期）。
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) overall score of 6.5 across the four language domains (reading, writing, listening and speaking).
（2）其他豁免情況。
--citizenship of Canada, the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom or the United States of America provided the applicant has spent at least five years in work or education in one or more of those countries or Australia or New Zealand; or
--a recognised qualification comparable to a New Zealand level 7 bachelor’s degree and gained in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom or the United States of America as a result of study undertaken for at least two academic years in one or more of those countries; or(新新源移民)
--a recognised qualification comparable to a New Zealand qualification at level 8 or above and gained in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom or the United States of America as a result of study undertaken for at least one academic year in one or more of those countries.
（3）其他語言考試成績（2016年11月21日開始，2年有效期）。
From 21 November 2016, Immigration New Zealand will accept a wider range of English language tests.
The new tests that INZ will accept are:
--Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet Based Test (TOEFL iBT)
--Occupational English Test (OET)
--Cambridge English: First (FCE) and FCE for Schools
--Pearson Test of English: Academic (PTE: Academic)

(3)新西蘭技術(shù)移民SMC評分滿足160分
