魁省的通知，從2016年5月26日上午8點(diǎn)到2016年6月1日上午8點(diǎn)，魁省技術(shù)移民網(wǎng)上申請系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行維護(hù)，這期間無法進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)。
本輪申請時間和配額
然后再次強(qiáng)調(diào)了6月13日蒙特利爾時間上午8:30開放5000個配額的網(wǎng)申系統(tǒng)，只對之前已經(jīng)有賬戶的申請人開放，而此前沒有注冊賬戶的，將在本輪5000個配額申請完之后，將再次開放注冊，下一輪依然有5000個配額，但是開放申請時間待定。
目前系統(tǒng)中有效賬戶4萬多人，也就是8個人搶一個名額。本輪沒有搶到名額的申請人，自然會參加下一輪的申請，而在下一輪申請之前，必然又會新增更多的注冊賬戶，因此下一輪的申請概率一定比這個低!
網(wǎng)申系統(tǒng)的變化
這也是魁省這次網(wǎng)申系統(tǒng)改造的亮點(diǎn)!他們加了一個虛擬等候室the virtual waiting room!
也就是所有的申請人，在申請之前，都需要進(jìn)入到the virtual waiting room里面排隊(duì)，每個進(jìn)入的人都會領(lǐng)到一個號，并且可以在這個the virtual waiting room 看到你前面還有多少人在排隊(duì)，輪到你的時候，系統(tǒng)將會提示，并給你10分鐘的時間進(jìn)去申請，如果10分鐘內(nèi)沒有申請成功，將被彈出。
特別提醒
1、Having a place in the waiting room does not necessarily mean that you will have an opportunity to submit an application. Only the first 5,000 applications submitted will be considered.
2、If you plan to pay the required fee online, remember to have your credit card ready.
3、You are advised to use a personal computer to access Mon projet Québec. A tablet or mobile phone cannot be used to navigate Mon projet Québec.
4、Technical maintenance is scheduled between now and June 13 to prepare Mon projet Québec to receive applications. This maintenance work will be announced on the Ministère’s website.
5、If you do not have an account at the time of the first intake period, you will be able to create one after this period. You will then have an opportunity to submit an application during a second intake period, the dates of which will be announced shortly. During this period, 5,000 applications will be received.
