獵頭和 Coldcall (陌生電話)
打CC是每一個獵頭的入門必經(jīng)過程，也是獵頭顧問的基本功，無論是新人還是資深獵頭都要保持一個打CC的習(xí)慣，以保證工作效率。打CC，“CC”全稱cold call，直譯為冷電話，意思就是給不認(rèn)識卻有可能是我們潛在客戶的人打電話。很多獵頭公司都有自己龐大而數(shù)據(jù)庫，但打CC作為一種傳統(tǒng)的獲取信息的渠道依舊有著它不可取代的優(yōu)勢。那么，我們作為獵頭，因該注意哪些技巧，才能打好這個CC呢？
1、要有一個自信而放松的良好心態(tài)
新人打CC難免會緊張，誠惶誠恐的，打之前總是會不斷的去擔(dān)心各種被拒絕的情景，自己又該怎么應(yīng)對，有些新人因為膽怯，一點(diǎn)拒絕就容易放棄也會增加后期的心理負(fù)擔(dān)。其實都只是自己在給自己設(shè)障礙，懷著一種無畏的心態(tài)去打這個電話。在拒絕之后學(xué)會總結(jié)，很多時候，一家公司需要間斷打3-5個電話才會獲得候選人的資料，因此也需要做好這樣的心理準(zhǔn)備。
2、打電話之前做好準(zhǔn)備工作
前期信息的收集對增加成功率非常有幫助，打CC之前一定要了解目標(biāo)公司的概況，相關(guān)行業(yè)信息，很多時候要獲得候選人的信息都會經(jīng)過前臺，也有新人會選擇直接繞過前臺打去目標(biāo)部門，無論哪種情況，怎樣通過這個中間橋梁到達(dá)候選人那些，需要提前想好各種理由及應(yīng)對方法。我們可以去扮演不同角色，但一旦要融于這個角色，若是你自己都不相信，那你還指望人家會相信你嗎？找到目標(biāo)候選人之后，我們也要想好怎樣去想候選人去推薦這個職位，想他會提什么樣的問題，向若是遭到拒絕了該怎樣去說去做。
3、在電話接通之后
在和目標(biāo)候選人之間的電話接通之后一定要先來再次確定其身份，沒有問題了，再向?qū)Ψ浇榻B自己，確定對方現(xiàn)在講電話是否方便。之后，簡要將職位信息傳達(dá)給候選人。若是首次溝通，則最好不要透露過多關(guān)于招聘單位及自身單位信息。若是候選人對我們所提出的職位有興趣，那就要盡可能的去了解候選人的信息，包括他現(xiàn)在的職位，工作職責(zé)，從業(yè)年限，專業(yè)能力以及所在公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)。并所要對方的私人聯(lián)系方式，以及Email地址，并預(yù)約下次的溝通時間。并且，在整個電話過程中要盡量爭取主導(dǎo)。
4、習(xí)慣制定工作時間表
制定工作時間表，既推動自己的工作，又可以明確自己應(yīng)該在什么樣的時間聯(lián)系候選人才比較合適，一般來說，打電話找人的時間，最好是早上9點(diǎn)至10點(diǎn)，或者下午2點(diǎn)至4點(diǎn)；根據(jù)行業(yè)職位的不同，進(jìn)行總結(jié)，歸類。
5、端正自己的講話態(tài)度
電話的目的是溝通，因此一定要慢，要口齒清晰，要能讓對方明白你是在說什么，但是在特定的情況下，比如前臺糾纏，候選人不愿意交談下去，這種時候講話就要稍微加快了?？傊痪湓?，要逐漸養(yǎng)成自己的風(fēng)格。電話中雖然對方看不到我們的表情，但依舊要保持笑容，你的笑意能夠感染對方。

打CC的最終目的是獲得候選人的聯(lián)系方式，為后期的職位溝通做好準(zhǔn)備；一般以客戶或朋友的身份，找到的機(jī)會會更大一些。一般來說不同的行業(yè)及職位會有相應(yīng)的客戶，在撥打之前融入對應(yīng)的客戶身份，以對方工作相關(guān)的事項為理由，效果更好。在撥打時，也應(yīng)注意使自己明確這樣的身份，用語及語調(diào)才會發(fā)揮最大的效果，切記膽怯！

打CC的注意事項
一、尋找恰當(dāng)?shù)睦碛桑╟over story)——供初學(xué)者參考
客戶：提前查詢對方職位的主要工作，以此為借口打開話題
HR：
1. 以某招聘網(wǎng)站的舉報答謝會，講座等理由；
2. 剛剛進(jìn)行完電話面試，突然斷了。（是公司分機(jī)號的為佳）
財務(wù)類：
1. 財政局的,查會計信用等級。（語氣一定要堅定，勿亂陣腳）
2. 稅務(wù)方面的審核
設(shè)計策劃類：
1. 對方客戶的一些方案溝通；
營銷部：
1. 相關(guān)產(chǎn)品介紹
2. 客戶公司已有合作的后期溝通
百貨商業(yè)類：
1. 相關(guān)品牌入駐，需要商談
2. 商業(yè)活動宣傳，需要對接；
朋友類：
一般以手機(jī)丟失等理由失去手機(jī)號，只能查到公司號碼為由，前提是有該候選人的詳細(xì)信息，可以通過客戶身份獲得。但注意通話間隔。
二、注意思維的靈活性
同一種理由未必適合所有的目標(biāo)公司，可以多種可能性試試。對于有分機(jī)號的公司，也可以嘗試跳過前臺隨便轉(zhuǎn)到其他部門（一般分機(jī)號以3-4位為主，可以試著尋找該公司的招聘信息看看電話號碼的構(gòu)成），通過其他部門進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)接的效果一般會優(yōu)于前臺。
三、注意傾聽
電話溝通我們難以看到對方，但也可以通過對方的語氣進(jìn)行初步判斷，有的新人前臺比較容易轉(zhuǎn)接電話。當(dāng)感到對方很忙的時候，有時不必說過多理由，直接提出目標(biāo)。
