In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

如果求職是一場沒有硝煙的戰(zhàn)爭，求職者和HR就是這場戰(zhàn)爭中對(duì)立的雙方，隔著小小的面試桌你來我往，短兵相接，
HR一盆冷水潑走了心儀工作
近日，網(wǎng)友倪明在網(wǎng)上發(fā)帖，希望HR至少能給求職者一些基本的尊重。原來，幾天前倪明接到了心儀已久公司的面試電話，心情激動(dòng)的他為了這次面試做了萬全的準(zhǔn)備，重新整理了簡歷，預(yù)先練習(xí)了可能遇到的問題，甚至還特意找了件名牌襯衫，希望能在面試中能有出色表現(xiàn)。
可是，卻沒想到第二天的面試從開始就不順利：怕遲到的倪明提前10分鐘趕到面試地點(diǎn)，卻遭遇HR遲到;在苦苦等待半個(gè)多小時(shí)后，又被美女招聘經(jīng)理冷冰冰的態(tài)度“凍”住，面談的過程中，又被各種否定：什么簡歷不出彩啦，個(gè)人能力不突出啦，沒有帶團(tuán)隊(duì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)啦!更別提結(jié)束面試后，連基本的送客禮儀都沒有，就把他獨(dú)自丟在會(huì)議室，結(jié)果自是不必說，倪明沒得到這份心儀的工作。
對(duì)于這次應(yīng)聘經(jīng)歷，倪明是窩了一肚子火，有苦說不出：簡歷不出彩，那當(dāng)初是怎么挑中了我這個(gè)“不出彩”的應(yīng)聘者去面試呢?既然通知我來面試，為什么又要百般刁難呢?就算是所謂的壓力面試，也不應(yīng)該戳人痛處專門找茬吧?總要給求職者起碼的尊重。像他這樣有著五六年工作經(jīng)歷的人，都被這樣的面試折騰得亂了方寸，更別提剛畢業(yè)的求職者了，遭遇這樣一位面試官，怎么可能發(fā)揮正常，求職成功呢?
更何況，HR也可以算是公司的招牌，這樣一家原本品牌知名度美譽(yù)度都不錯(cuò)的企業(yè)，就這樣被一名HR毀了形象。
倪明認(rèn)為，企業(yè)不尊重求職者，就永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)招到有用的人才，就算招到了也留不住。
倪明的觀點(diǎn)引來眾多的支持者，網(wǎng)友紛紛曬出自己的求職遭遇：遲到、對(duì)求職者愛理不理、挑三揀四、喜歡戳人痛處、專業(yè)素質(zhì)差、面試過程敷衍了事……“面試?yán)浔┝Α北憩F(xiàn)雖然不盡相同，但都會(huì)讓求職者對(duì)自己產(chǎn)生不被尊重的感覺，于是有求職者在發(fā)出“我是找工作，不是乞討工作的”呼聲。
更令人驚訝的是，在吐槽面試曾遭遇“冷暴力”的網(wǎng)友中，居然也不乏各位活躍的人力資源從業(yè)者的聲音。這些HR們紛紛表示，雖然自己是人力資源管理工作者，但也有求職被面試的經(jīng)歷，也曾有過和倪明相同或類似的經(jīng)歷。
不過，HR們看到遭遇極品面試的經(jīng)歷顯然要比倪明淡定許多，因?yàn)?，人都是千奇百怪的人，HR也是千奇百怪的HR.目前沒有一家公司或企業(yè)敢說自己的管理是完美無缺的，也無法保證每家公司的面試官都那么專業(yè)，所以求職者可能會(huì)在面試過程中遇到各種各樣的情況也在所難免。遭遇“面試?yán)浔┝Α币簿筒皇鞘裁葱迈r事了，關(guān)鍵是求職者自己要調(diào)整心態(tài)，相信自己有能力去獲得一份新工作。
求職者“消極面試”讓我很受傷
對(duì)于倪明的抱怨，也有部分網(wǎng)友提出不同意見。在看了倪明的帖子后，網(wǎng)友崔景秀發(fā)了個(gè)反駁貼，他認(rèn)為，如果單從工作的角度出發(fā)，那天面試倪明的HR流程上并沒有錯(cuò)誤，從求職簡歷到工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的“挑剔、質(zhì)疑”原本就是面試官該做的事兒。也就是說，人家的專業(yè)素質(zhì)是過關(guān)的，憑什么對(duì)人家要求這要求那的呢?面試官就是負(fù)責(zé)做招聘的，就是要在源頭把好人才關(guān)，幾經(jīng)考核才能認(rèn)定人才究竟是不是適合企業(yè)需求的。再說了，HR又不是賣笑，難道還有義務(wù)要哄求職者高興么?
崔景秀覺得，目前很多求職者在找工作的過程中，心態(tài)不對(duì)，總把自己放在受害者的弱勢地位。一旦求職失敗了，部分求職者不是從自己身上尋找原因，而是推到HR身上，抱怨面試官的挑剔與嚴(yán)苛。往往這部分求職者在網(wǎng)上論壇發(fā)帖求助時(shí)，會(huì)博取不少人的同情分。但實(shí)際上，作為一名職場人士而言，這種做法是很可笑的。人在職場，總是會(huì)遇到很多不順心的事情的，要學(xué)會(huì)面對(duì)挫折，要學(xué)會(huì)在失敗中尋找原因，吸取教訓(xùn)，力求下次馬到成功，
更何況，求職者要求面試官尊重自己，自己又給了面試官多少尊重呢?不細(xì)看崗位要求不管自己適合與否，“海投”簡歷;好不容易HR協(xié)調(diào)好求職者和面試官的會(huì)見時(shí)間，卻又隨意爽約。這樣的“消極面試”不但增加了HR的工作量，也是對(duì)HR的不尊重，對(duì)自己的不尊重，更是對(duì)工作不尊重。
