翻開20世紀(jì)的壯麗篇章，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)人類在這百年中不僅經(jīng)歷了血與火的洗禮，更創(chuàng)造了無數(shù)科學(xué)奇跡。19世紀(jì)法國著名科幻小說家凡爾納的虛構(gòu)，當(dāng)時讓人不可思議，他所幻想的登月旅行、飛機(jī)、遠(yuǎn)射程炮等，在20世紀(jì)都一一成為現(xiàn)實。在21世紀(jì)的今天，高科技更是無處不在。
作為跨世紀(jì)的一代，我們又該以怎樣的姿態(tài)去適應(yīng)新世紀(jì)，擔(dān)起新世紀(jì)的重?fù)?dān)呢？ 科學(xué)技術(shù)的日新月異，使得科學(xué)不只為尖端技術(shù)服務(wù)，也越來越多地滲透到我們的日常生活之中，這就需要正處于青少年時代的我們熱愛科學(xué)，學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)。參加科技“五小”比賽、閱讀科技書籍，使我明白了許多道理。精密的機(jī)器人，不用燃料的汽車，虛擬的足球賽，高科技信息的傳送等等，一個個生動有趣的現(xiàn)象，激起了我探索科學(xué)的愿望。
我們每個人都要學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)，傳播文明，在享受新生活的同時，更要創(chuàng)造新生活，如今，科技產(chǎn)品的更新?lián)Q代不斷加快，可視電視、電腦上網(wǎng)、心臟起搏器，已經(jīng)不算新鮮了。從1901年發(fā)明的真空吸塵器，到人造地球衛(wèi)星、載人宇宙飛船，科技在不同領(lǐng)域里顯示出了強(qiáng)大的力量。電子產(chǎn)業(yè)、通訊技術(shù)的日益普及，納米技術(shù)、超導(dǎo)材料的廣泛應(yīng)用，不久的一天，也許就在你的餐桌上，會出現(xiàn)像太空青椒、人造牛排等生物工程食品。學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)技術(shù)，不僅僅是為了成為科學(xué)家，也是為了能適應(yīng)生活，更為了能成為新世紀(jì)的主人，擔(dān)起新世紀(jì)，為國家建設(shè)，為人類文明做出貢獻(xiàn)。
新中國成立以來，我國的科技發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn)，人工合成胰島素、斷手再植、雜交水稻、爆炸原子彈和氫彈、發(fā)射人造衛(wèi)星和飛船等等，這些令世人矚目的科技成就，大大縮短了我國和先進(jìn)國家的科學(xué)技術(shù)的差距，為我國的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)注入了活力。鄧小平爺爺說“科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力”，的確如此，科學(xué)為我們祖國的騰飛插上了翅膀。毛澤東主席曾對青年說，世界是你們的，也是我們的，但歸根結(jié)底是你們的。這句話，飽含了長輩們對我們的殷切期望。如果說長輩們用辛勤的勞動建設(shè)了20世紀(jì)的祖國，那么，我們就應(yīng)該以知識、以科學(xué)擔(dān)起新世紀(jì)的重?fù)?dān)。

二、職業(yè)道德方面

三、業(yè)務(wù)方面

b）順應(yīng)教學(xué)改革方向，積極參加教學(xué)改革。根據(jù)英語學(xué)科的特點，我打算開展“任務(wù)型教學(xué)”實驗活動，把學(xué)習(xí)者個人的生活經(jīng)歷作為課堂學(xué)習(xí)的主要資源，力圖將課堂內(nèi)的語言學(xué)習(xí)與課堂外的語言活動結(jié)合起來。
c）結(jié)合英語學(xué)科特點和學(xué)生實際情況，配合學(xué)校的校本教研，設(shè)計并開展豐富多采的英語實踐活動，進(jìn)一步拓展學(xué)生的視野，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生各方面能力。
