Good morning/afternoon/evening, my name is. It is really a great honor to have this opportunity/chance to introduce myself. I would like to answer whatever you may raise, and I hope I can make a good performance today.
I am - years old, born in province/Beijing, northeast/southeast/southwest… of china, and I am currently a freshman (大一新生)/sophomore (大二學(xué)生)/junior (大三學(xué)生)/senior (大四學(xué)生) student at Capital Institute of Physical Education.
My major is sports training of basketball / voellyball / football / badminton / pingbang / tennis/.
In the past 1/2/3 years, I spend most of my time on study. I have passed CET3/4/6 and I have acquired basic knowledge of sports training both in theory and in practice.
Besides, I have attended several sports meetings held in Beijing. I am also the volunteers of China Tennis Open, Chinese Badminton Masters…. Through these I have a deeply understanding of my major - sports training.
I have lots of interest, such as singing, dancing, drawing and so on.

我是一個活潑開朗的女孩，我的名字叫xx，看了這個名字，可能有的人會認(rèn)為我是一個男孩子，其實我是一個性格比較外向的女孩子。因為我爸爸姓陳，又是碩士，所以全家人都希望我能夠像爸爸那樣也是碩士。
我在班上的學(xué)習(xí) 雖然談不上數(shù)一數(shù)二，卻是小有名氣，我的人緣也很好，班上有一大半的同學(xué)都是我的好朋友 其中還有我的“知心朋友 ”.我不僅朋友多，而且興趣愛好也多的不得了，有：“畫畫、玩電腦、游泳、彈鋼琴、看書……我最喜歡看書了。我很小的時候，爸爸就給我買了許多的識字手冊，還經(jīng)常給我讀一些故事書，可以說，我的童年就是在書海中度過的。隨著我年齡的增長，我家的書也越來越多，現(xiàn)在我家就象一座小圖書館，到處都是書，我自己的書更是多得數(shù)不勝數(shù)，整整放了兩個柜子。雖然我平時一向很節(jié)約，但是對買書卻毫不吝嗇，只要是我喜歡實用的書，而且不是很貴，我一定會馬上買下來。有時候我遇到一本好書，又因為價格太貴而不能買，我一定會翻來覆去地看好幾遍才甘心，所以每次我一進書店，都要看上大半天。高爾基曾經(jīng)說過：”書是人類進步的階梯“.而我也堅信：好書能伴我一生。我常常因為看書而誤了其他的事情，因此爸爸、媽媽經(jīng)常開導(dǎo)我說：”看書要學(xué)會適而可止“.為此有時我也很傷腦筋，想來想去，我下定決心，以后一定要學(xué)會克制、克制再克制！
這就是我，一個愛讀書的小女孩。
