近年來，隨著越來越多的外商的進駐，很多人在應(yīng)聘的過程中都很有可能會被要求參加英語面試。不少人憑著良好的教育背景和豐富的工作經(jīng)驗一路過關(guān)斬將，卻往往在英語面試的環(huán)節(jié)上功虧一簣，而最終無法實現(xiàn)自己的職業(yè)理想。以下根據(jù)大量實例總結(jié)了三條重要技巧，相信會對即將參加此類面試的人提供一點幫助。
技巧一：注意英語時態(tài)的變化運用
應(yīng)聘者在參加英語面試前大都作過充分的語言知識的準備與練習。那么在眾多的英語語法規(guī)則中為什么要單獨強調(diào)時態(tài)的運用呢?其一是因為由于和漢語的表達習慣不同(漢語中動詞沒有時態(tài)變化)，這是一個口語中極其常見的錯誤。但同時來說，時態(tài)又是比較基本的語法點，一旦用錯，會讓面試官對面試者的英語能力產(chǎn)生質(zhì)疑。其二是因為在面試過程中，往往會涉及到很多關(guān)于個人經(jīng)歷，教育背景，工作經(jīng)驗，職業(yè)規(guī)劃等方面的問題，因此在表述某件事情或是某個想法的時候，一定要注意配合正確的時態(tài)，否則就會造成差之毫厘，失之千里的后果。例如：你已經(jīng)參加過某項專業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)與你正在參加或計劃參加就是完全不同的。
