接下來為大家介紹的是本場辯論賽的雙方辯手，正方辯手是由系組成的代表隊(duì)，他們分別是正方一辯，正方二辯---(具體介紹如果是非正規(guī)大型比賽可以忽略介紹，按具體上級要求)，他們所持的觀點(diǎn)是----反方同上下面我宣布，xx學(xué)校第幾屆辯論賽第x場正式開始。
下面進(jìn)入第一個(gè)階段：

攻辯規(guī)則：①質(zhì)詢者控制質(zhì)詢時(shí)間，可以提出與題目有關(guān)的合理而清晰的問題，并可以隨時(shí)停止答辯者之回答。 ②攻辯時(shí)間內(nèi)，質(zhì)詢者應(yīng)詢問問題，不得自行申論或就質(zhì)詢所獲之結(jié)果進(jìn)行引申，否則視為違規(guī)。質(zhì)詢者自行申論或引申發(fā)言時(shí)，答辯者有權(quán)要求其停止。 ③答辯者應(yīng)回答質(zhì)詢者所提之任何問題，但問題明顯不合理時(shí)，答辯者得說明理由，拒絕回答。 ④答辯者可以要求質(zhì)詢者重述其質(zhì)詢，但不得惡意為之，否則視為違規(guī)。 ⑤答辯者不得對質(zhì)詢者提出詢問，否則視為違規(guī)。 ⑥答辯者提出反質(zhì)詢時(shí)，質(zhì)詢者得要求其停止，并拒絕回答

1、反方累計(jì)用時(shí)4分鐘2、正方累計(jì)用時(shí)4分鐘自由辯論規(guī)則：①自由辯論時(shí)間總共為8分鐘，每隊(duì)各4分鐘。 ②自由辯論必須交替進(jìn)行。當(dāng)自由辯論開始時(shí)，先由反方任何一名隊(duì)員起立發(fā)言。完畢后，正方的任何一位隊(duì)員應(yīng)立即發(fā)言，雙方依次輪流發(fā)言，直到雙方時(shí)間用完為止。 ③在自由辯論時(shí)間里，每一位辯手的發(fā)言次序、次數(shù)和時(shí)間均不受限制。 ④當(dāng)一隊(duì)的發(fā)言時(shí)間剩30秒鐘時(shí)，將有一聲哨聲提示，當(dāng)該隊(duì)的發(fā)言時(shí)間用完時(shí)，會有兩聲哨聲提示，該隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)立即停止發(fā)言。 ⑤如果一隊(duì)的發(fā)言時(shí)間已經(jīng)用盡，不能發(fā)言，另一隊(duì)還有剩余時(shí)間，則該隊(duì)的辯手可以繼續(xù)發(fā)言，直到該隊(duì)的時(shí)間用完為止。 ⑥自由辯論是檢驗(yàn)一個(gè)隊(duì)整體配合能力以及每一位辯手實(shí)力的重要階段。辯手應(yīng)充分利用這段時(shí)間，簡潔明了地加強(qiáng)自己的論點(diǎn)，機(jī)智有力地反駁對方的論點(diǎn)，如果只是空洞無物的攻擊或有意回避對方的質(zhì)詢及發(fā)言觀點(diǎn)，或者出現(xiàn)語誤、空場等情形，都將影響該隊(duì)的成績。

1、每隊(duì)可以被3個(gè)觀眾提問，每個(gè)觀眾只能提問1個(gè)問題

3、當(dāng)問題不合理時(shí)答辯方可拒絕回答，此觀眾取消提問資格，但是此次提問機(jī)會仍然繼續(xù)，此機(jī)會留給其他觀眾
