在實習期間，我也經常登上講臺給學生上課。印象最深的就是講的一堂哲理短文課，為了講好這篇哲理小短文，我從幾天前就開始準備了。但真正講下來，并不是那么如意，我也對此進行了深刻的自我反思。在導入部分，整體來說，還是比較滿意的，但對于同學們對：“條條大路通羅馬”的理解估計錯誤，還好有少數同學理解，沒有影響教學的正常進行。在字詞教學時，出現(xiàn)了一個錯誤，就是在生字教學上，新的生詞我也組了詞，這樣束縛了孩子們的思維，應該給他們更大的空間，讓他們自己進行組詞，我應該充當引導的角色。在對課文講解和對中心思想進行升華時，我的總結過少，以至于感覺沒有講透，應該進行總結和引導。在整個教學中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己一個很大的問題，就是對課堂的掌控能力不足。當然，這其中有主、客觀兩個方面的原因。當然主觀原因是主要原因，和我的能力有關，和自己的經驗有關?？偨Y了這次的教訓，我在以后的教學中慢慢改進，取得了很大的進步。

20xx年2月8日至4月8日，我在珠海市香洲區(qū)前山中學實習，這是一所省一級學校，環(huán)境優(yōu)美，設施完備，師資力量雄厚。回到母校實習，雖然面對熟悉的環(huán)境，熟悉的老師，但是學校還是發(fā)生了很大的變化，所以我還是得花一定時間和精力去適應。因此在實習中，我采用了看、問等方式，對前山中學的日常教學管理工作的開展有了一定的了解?；仡櫸业膶嵙暽睿杏|是很深的，收獲是豐碩的，以下，是我的自我鑒定，也算工作總結。
“學為人師，行為世范”，是每個老師都應該遵循的，是對老師行為的一個規(guī)范。實習期間，我很注意自身的品德行為，努力給學生樹立一個良好的榜樣。因為我教的是高中，而這個時候老師是學生最直接最容易的學習對象，作為高中老師，做好自身行為規(guī)范、為學生樹立一個良好的學習榜樣是很重要的，這也是我對自身的要求。因為我與學生的年齡相近，因而共同話題比較多，同學們對我們既有新鮮感，又覺得我們親切。這是我們實習老師的優(yōu)勢，我們應該充分利用這個優(yōu)勢，接近學生，嘗試進入他們的內心世界，了解他們。
在這一個月里面，我教的是高二，帶的是高二（6）班。我在高二（1）班、高二（5）、高二（6）班一共上了9節(jié)語文課。講過作文指導課——謳歌親情，學習寫得充實，講過張若虛的《春江花月夜》，講過杜甫的《登岳陽樓》。我還代過李書記上了兩節(jié)德美課——演講與口才，我定一個演講題目，讓他們即興演講，然后我針對他們的演講情況作總結，并響應他們的要求給他們作演講示范。我更代過化學老師馬老師上過2節(jié)化學選修2，他們在做練習題，我盯著，并維持紀律。上過兩節(jié)高二（6）班的班會課，一節(jié)是主題為“向往大學”的主題班會，另一節(jié)是傷感的告別班會。我更上了很多節(jié)自習課（星期一、二、三、四第九節(jié)），主要任務是維持紀律和輔導學生。指導老師陸老師和級長張老師都教給我好多東西，真的很感謝他們。
作為實習班主任，帶領學生參加鍛煉，帶領該班學生早讀、課間操時維持秩序，做了幾名后進生的細致的思想工作，籌辦了“向往大學”主題班會。主題班會的舉辦非常成功，引起了學生對大學的強烈向往，讓他們找到奮斗目標，重拾信心面對高考，并讓他們知道，高考并不可怕，它只是一次選拔考試，所以應該以平常心對待。我還傳授了一些文科生的復習經驗、心得給他們，讓他們更深入地了解高考。
在整個實習期間，我本著對學生負責的態(tài)度盡全力做好每一件事情，因而得到同學們的喜愛和肯定，他們不僅是我的學生，更是我的知心朋友。每次上完課，學生都會給我提很多寶貴意見，并且會鼓勵我再努力，不斷取得進步。
大家都說現(xiàn)在的學生越來越難教，做老師的成就感越來越少。我覺得不然，我相信每個學生心中都住著一個天使，這個天使就是我們教育學生的最佳助手，只要充分利用這個助手，就根本不存在教不好的學生。
因此我認識到，要教好學生，首先要學生接受你，喜歡你，不然一切都無從談起?，F(xiàn)在的學生都很有個性，他們不喜歡你，就要跟你對著干，排斥你，那你就無從入手，吃力又不討好了，更不用說改變他們了。在實習期間，我與同事相處融洽，他們都對我很友善，而且樂于給我很多教學上的寶貴建議。雖然我的身份是個老師，但我不是把他們當作我的同事，而是把他們當作是我的師長，虛心想他們討教很多教育教學經驗。
這次實習令我感受頗多。一方面，我深感知識學問浩如煙海，使得我不得不晝夜苦讀；另一方面我也深深地體會到教學相長的深刻內涵。比如在我從事教育教學活動時，對課堂上發(fā)生的突然事件的處理能力不夠強，沒注意到在教學中滲透情感價值觀的教育，更重要的是我的課堂氣氛不夠活躍。
作為一個語文老師，基礎知識要扎實，知識面要很廣，平時要關心身邊事，并把它們靈活地滲透于教學當中。因為現(xiàn)在的學生接受信息的渠道很多，知識面也很廣，他們提問的問題有時候很深入，這對老師而言是一個很大的挑戰(zhàn)，所以我們要不斷充實自己，以迎接學生的挑戰(zhàn)。
我們在課堂上教授學生知識固然重要，但更重要的是育人。因此要注意在教學中滲透情感價值觀的教育。因為現(xiàn)在的社會很復雜，誘惑很多，對學生的不良影響很大，學生或多或少會受到不良信息的影響，因而出現(xiàn)人生觀、世界觀、價值觀的偏差，我們在教學中一發(fā)現(xiàn)這些問題，就要充分利用教學資源，靈活地糾正學生的人生觀、世界觀、價值觀所出現(xiàn)的偏差。告訴他們什么是對的，什么是應該做的，什么是不應該做的。
所以備課一定要充分，備課的時候要充分考慮各種細節(jié)問題，還要從教學內容中找到學生的興奮點，要做到在快樂中學習。上課時要注重“以學生為本”，當好一個引導者的角色，把課堂主導權交給他們，讓他們在課堂的舞臺上充分發(fā)揮，充分展現(xiàn)自我。而且老師在上課的時候一定要保持發(fā)自內心的微笑，讓學生感到老師給他們講課很快樂，他們自然也會受到老師的感染，愉快地學習了。
在這一個月的實習中，我受益匪淺，讓我有機會將理論與實踐有機地結合起來。站在教育的最前線，面對一雙雙求知的眼睛，心中倍感任重而道遠。我一定要不斷努力學習，不斷自我增值，在工作中做好個人工作計劃，做一位勤勞、優(yōu)秀的園丁，把祖國的花朵澆灌得更加艷麗多彩。
