基本內(nèi)容
1.個(gè)人信息
個(gè)人信息部分,大家可以以抬頭的形式表現(xiàn)在簡(jiǎn)歷上方。說清楚申請(qǐng)者的姓名和聯(lián)系方式即可。需要注意的是:①電子郵箱請(qǐng)盡量避免使用QQ郵箱,因?yàn)镼Q郵箱很多時(shí)候無法收到國外院校發(fā)來的郵件。建議大家使用163,126或gmail。②地址一定要使用確實(shí)能夠收到材料的地址,郵編可以寫在省份后面。③電話號(hào)碼前記得加上(+86)
2.教育背景
教育背景除了寫明自己的院校與專業(yè)等基本信息之外。建議大家簡(jiǎn)單羅列一下與申請(qǐng)專業(yè)相關(guān)的核心課程,以及寫明自己的均分。排名好的同學(xué)也可以加上排名情況。
3.學(xué)術(shù)研究成果
有發(fā)表過論文或出版過書籍的申請(qǐng)者,請(qǐng)一定要將學(xué)術(shù)研究成果擺在顯要的位置。申請(qǐng)研究型碩士或博士的同學(xué)請(qǐng)注意,這部分非常重要,請(qǐng)寫清楚論文發(fā)表期刊的等級(jí),你本人是第幾作者。
請(qǐng)注意,英文中沒有書名號(hào),請(qǐng)大家不要在自己的簡(jiǎn)歷中犯低級(jí)錯(cuò)誤。出版刊物名稱可以用斜體字來表示。
4.實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷
實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷包括校園內(nèi)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)與校園外的實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷,有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的申請(qǐng)者還需要加入工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。順序應(yīng)該按照從現(xiàn)在到從前安排。請(qǐng)一定要寫明自己負(fù)責(zé)的職務(wù)與工作的主要內(nèi)容。
5.獲獎(jiǎng)情況
請(qǐng)摘取重要獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)羅列。團(tuán)隊(duì)獎(jiǎng)?wù)堊⒚髯约涸趫F(tuán)隊(duì)中扮演的角色。
6. 其他信息
例如:計(jì)算機(jī)技能,愛好等想要加入的信息。
注意事項(xiàng)
1. 對(duì)于高中申本科學(xué)生來說,簡(jiǎn)歷中的東西最好不要和其他文書中的內(nèi)容重復(fù),要寫一些其他的內(nèi)容里不會(huì)涉及到的東西,盡可能多方面反應(yīng)學(xué)生的素質(zhì)。
2. 對(duì)于本科申碩士研究生,或者碩士研究生申博士研究生的學(xué)生來說,簡(jiǎn)歷類似其他文書的目錄,要做到文筆簡(jiǎn)潔,內(nèi)容豐富,要簡(jiǎn)潔而有力,即在其他文書中可以詳述簡(jiǎn)歷中的內(nèi)容。
3. 申請(qǐng)本科的學(xué)生和申請(qǐng)研究生學(xué)生的簡(jiǎn)歷寫作方式類似,不同點(diǎn)在于所提供的信息類型和這些信息所占的比例。
4. 簡(jiǎn)歷中寫的東西要讓招生官覺得你與眾不同,強(qiáng)調(diào)“個(gè)性化”,目的明確,就是為這個(gè)學(xué)校而來的。
