留學(xué)申請書結(jié)構(gòu)
一、開頭：申請動(dòng)機(jī)小故事+申請的學(xué)校/項(xiàng)目
開頭基本上都是申請動(dòng)機(jī)，無論以何種形式。有人會(huì)用小時(shí)候的經(jīng)歷，有人會(huì)用家庭教育，有人會(huì)用聽的一個(gè)講座的啟發(fā)等等。 很多介紹留學(xué)文書寫作的文章都說開頭一定要吸引人。他們說的沒錯(cuò)，對于有精彩的故事的同學(xué)當(dāng)然建議把這些放在開頭，但是并不是每一個(gè)人都有很吸引人的經(jīng)歷可寫，所以，真實(shí)就好，用誠心打動(dòng)錄取委員會(huì)成員。寫完動(dòng)機(jī)后需要根據(jù)動(dòng)機(jī)提出自己的目標(biāo)，也就是我們經(jīng)常說的short term /long term goal，接著就可以很自然的把話題引到要申請的學(xué)校。然后指出為什么我要申請這個(gè)學(xué)校的xx項(xiàng)目，可以適當(dāng)?shù)拇蹬跻幌逻@個(gè)項(xiàng)目或者學(xué)校。
二、正文：大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)+大學(xué)的科研經(jīng)歷（理工科類）或者參加的對申請有幫助的活動(dòng)（文科類）+特殊的經(jīng)歷的有機(jī)結(jié)合
正文部分是實(shí)實(shí)在在的將你的經(jīng)歷你的背景展現(xiàn)給招生委員會(huì)看的地方。你的內(nèi)容決定了他們將看到怎么樣的一個(gè)你。所以對于內(nèi)容的選擇一定要慎重。這部分是最難寫的或也是最難介紹經(jīng)驗(yàn)的部分，因?yàn)槊總€(gè)人的經(jīng)歷都有自己的特色，如何組織如何表現(xiàn)需要每一位申請者去反復(fù)思考。這里我就提一些重要的Tips，幫助大家完成一個(gè)具有邏輯性，且上下文呼應(yīng)的正文。
1.每段確定一個(gè)中心句或中心思想
這種看似小學(xué)生的做法其實(shí)是非常有效的，讓人一眼知道你要說什么。但是表現(xiàn)形式可以是多樣化的。可以放在開頭或結(jié)尾，也可以揉和到所寫的事例之中。
2.把自身經(jīng)歷與在開頭提到的長期或者短期目標(biāo)所結(jié)合
我剛開始寫留學(xué)文書時(shí)，正文部分只是簡單地堆砌了我在大學(xué)做了什么，有什么樣的表現(xiàn)，完全忽略了與自己開頭所定的長期或者短期目標(biāo)所結(jié)合。這樣就使得內(nèi)容失去了方向，變得空洞無力。所以大家一定要注意：精心挑選自己的內(nèi)容，讓人感覺到這些內(nèi)容都能直接或者間接的為實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的目標(biāo)所服務(wù)。并且，在敘述每一個(gè)內(nèi)容時(shí)或者之后，盡量巧妙地把自身目標(biāo)揉和進(jìn)去，做到有的放矢。
3.把申請的項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)與自身經(jīng)歷所結(jié)合；
這點(diǎn)其實(shí)和第一點(diǎn)有些像。結(jié)合第一點(diǎn)，大家需要考慮的是如何把自身經(jīng)歷，目標(biāo)以及項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)所結(jié)合，最好的效果是把三者潛移默化的揉和在一起或者兩兩結(jié)合
4.經(jīng)歷要分主次
突出自己的unique的地方，對于和別人差不多的但又不能不寫的部分少用筆墨。
容易出現(xiàn)亮點(diǎn)的地方：
（1）科研（理工科），有paper的話好好強(qiáng)調(diào)，沒有的話也不要桑心，寫清楚做了什么學(xué)到了什么，從中感悟到了什么。
（2）志愿者經(jīng)歷，internship工作經(jīng)歷 （文科）： 美國人特別喜歡志愿者經(jīng)歷什么的，如果是那種到山區(qū)執(zhí)教，一定要大書特書。寫得時(shí)候注意強(qiáng)調(diào)你作為一個(gè)individual，給某個(gè)弱勢群體，這個(gè)社會(huì)帶來了什么改變。
（3）交換經(jīng)歷：外國的交換經(jīng)歷無疑也是申請的一個(gè)大亮點(diǎn)，記得吹一下選拔多難，然后自己如何脫穎而出。到了國外以后的一些special 的例子，表現(xiàn)自己的適應(yīng)能力、科研能力、語言能力、social能力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力等。
三、結(jié)尾： 呼應(yīng)開頭+對學(xué)校的特殊了解和感情
一般會(huì)用各種方式再次引出自己的長期目標(biāo)（用什么方式？自己想啦，我用的名人名言啦）。然后結(jié)合自己的長期目標(biāo)再次引出要申請的學(xué)校的項(xiàng)目。這里要注意的是需要對學(xué)校的項(xiàng)目有比較深入的了解，知道項(xiàng)目的特色，甚至可以知道這個(gè)學(xué)校有哪些著名的校友。然后將自己的興趣與學(xué)校的項(xiàng)目契合起來，讓人感覺這個(gè)項(xiàng)目是為了幫助你實(shí)現(xiàn)長期目標(biāo)所量身打造的。另外可以用少量筆墨提一下自己可以給項(xiàng)目，甚至給美國社會(huì)（community）所帶來的貢獻(xiàn)。

Due to the comprehensiveness of China’s “reform and open” policies， economics plays an increasingly important role in the development of its global position. Though more and more companies built， management of companies cannot catch up with the development of the companies. Management is a burgeoning field in China， so I hope I can acquire more modern knowledge on management in England. The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to my childhood. My father was among the first of China’s new breed of modern entrepreneurs. As a young girl， it was inspirational hearing about his business ventures， and meeting the varied and interesting circle of entrepreneurs. My mother was also involved in business as an accountant， helping him with simple calculations. And so it was early in my life that I hoped I， also， would someday be able to enter the realm of business.
With the time of growing up， I preferred reading books to satisfy my curiosity. I never ceased to contemplate over the questions I encountered. Subjects on business and management became a special fascination to me and my knowledge of psychology as well as interest in this field was increasing rapidly.
As a high school student in China， I had to concentrate on the College Entrance Examination （CEE）， even so， books not related to the exams were never excluded from my life. Unfortunately when sitting in the exam in June， 20xx， I was so nervous that I didn’t score well in the CEE exam. I enrolled in the department of Computer Science in Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Any attempt to persuade myself to focus on my major turned out to be a failure at the beginning of my college life. From this， my interpersonal skills and the capacity in business has been greatly developed， definitely I was increasingly interested in what I was doing. By December， 20xx， I had finally determined to take business management as my career instead of IT. To accumulate more relevant knowledge， I strived to gain more practical work experience in some big companies.
Fortunately， as a senior， I began by conducting an internship in the Architecture Company in Zhejiang Province. Over six months， I worked as an assistant of the manager to harmonize the relationship between the different departments in this company and to draft some management system， which broadened my perspective of management conditions and business performance in different industries.
