入學(xué)條件
中國學(xué)生不可以直接插班到新加坡高中初級學(xué)院留學(xué)，需在新加坡參加新加坡o水準(zhǔn)考試，憑新加坡o水準(zhǔn)考試成績申請新加坡高中（新加坡初級學(xué)院）。在新加坡劍橋o水準(zhǔn)考試英文與另外五科成績的積分為20分以下的學(xué)生，便可以選擇進入初級學(xué)院修讀高中課程。
新加坡劍橋o水準(zhǔn)考試的成績通常在三月才會放榜，在一月份至三月份之間，初級學(xué)院就會根據(jù)會考應(yīng)考生校內(nèi)畢業(yè)考的成績收生，在會考成績放榜之前，讓這些學(xué)生修讀初級學(xué)院的課程。中國學(xué)生年滿15歲就可以參加新加坡o水準(zhǔn)考試。新加坡o水準(zhǔn)考試預(yù)備課程申請條件：存款證明16萬人民幣，不需要托福雅思，提供四份公證書、一份證明。
新加坡O水準(zhǔn)考試
1、報名條件：15周歲以上，國內(nèi)初中畢業(yè)及以上學(xué)歷，25周歲以下，有良好英文基礎(chǔ)。
2、考試時間：O水準(zhǔn)考試每年3月在新加坡當(dāng)?shù)貓竺?，?月起一直到11月中旬分別考不同的科目，所以外國學(xué)生在考試期間一定要復(fù)習(xí)并取得有效居留新加坡的學(xué)生準(zhǔn)證，避免考試期間來回往返于中國和新加坡。
3、考試科目：英文，華文，數(shù)學(xué)（基礎(chǔ)和高等），科學(xué)（物理、生物和化學(xué)），人文學(xué)（社會研究、地理、歷史、英國文學(xué)、中華文學(xué)、音樂或藝術(shù)）等。其中選擇至少六門，其中英文，基礎(chǔ)數(shù)學(xué)，化學(xué)，社會研究與另一門人文學(xué)（地理、歷史或英國文學(xué)）是必選科目。
