D. program is handled by the academic vice-chairman of the department of chemistry and you will hear from him directly if you qualify for admission once the applications are submitted. The application materials are available from the department web site： . I can assure you that we look at each application with great care and if you are indeed a top candidate you will be admitted. The competition is very stiff and sometimes if you are not able to get in to OSU it only means that we could not accommodate all the eligible applicants. Please be assured that your application will get the most fair treatment.
We require that you take GRE Chemistry in addition to the Aptitude and Quantitative portions. We also require TOEFL if you are applying for financial assistance. When your application is complete let me know， I will watch for it. Without the complete package we cannot evaluate the chances of your admission.

在正文里寫一下你的研究經(jīng)歷跟他的項(xiàng)目有一些怎樣的聯(lián)系。仔細(xì)看對方的招聘要求，比如他需要用到的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法，你就說明你曾經(jīng)在哪個(gè)項(xiàng)目做過，做到什么程度，你有什么收獲，還想再深入學(xué)習(xí)什么，最后引出你可以從他的項(xiàng)目中獲取想要的收獲。
附件里可以附帶一份CV，如果是長得好看的女生還能加一個(gè)portrait.

你前面寫了那么多東西，他看完如果對你有興趣，肯定會想看看你的簡歷。這時(shí)你不失時(shí)機(jī)地遞上一份，就很應(yīng)急呀。
等他開口，都不知道何年何月了。
我個(gè)人覺得，套磁時(shí)有些事可以主動(dòng)點(diǎn)。
如果他看了你的簡歷對你表示沒興趣，你以后也不必浪費(fèi)時(shí)間去套他了，趁早換方向，你說呢？
不過簡歷一定要做得好看才行。
