每當(dāng)機遇降臨，伴之而來的是成功的希望， 但是機遇不能自行實現(xiàn)成功。假如你要取得成就或要實現(xiàn)你的雄心壯志，你必須努力工作、艱苦奮斗、準(zhǔn)備好條件。否則，機遇來臨時你卻無法利用。顯然，為了能夠完全適應(yīng)我們未來的工作，我們必須做好一切可能的準(zhǔn)備。

Opportunities don’t come often. They come every once in a while. Very often, they come quietly and go by without being noticed. Therefore, it is advisable that you should value and treat them with care.
When an opportunity presents itself, it brings a promise but never realizes it on its own. If you want to achieve something or intend to fulfill one of your ambitions you must work hard, make efforts and get prepared. Otherwise, you will take no advantage of opportunities when they come to visit you. It is clear that in order to be highly qualified for out future jobs, we should make every possible preparation.
The difference between a man who succeeds and one who does not lies only in the way each treats opportunities. The successful person always makes adequate preparations to meet opportunities as they duly arrive. The unsuccessful person, on the other hand, works little and just waits to see them pass by. Obviously, the two different attitudes towards opportunities may lead to quite different consequences.
In my opinion, there are plenty of opportunities for everyone in our society, in our society, but only those who are prepared adequately and qualified highly can make use of them to achieve their purpose. (208 words )

然而事物總是一分為二的。獎金的激勵并不總是能產(chǎn)生預(yù)想的結(jié)果?？倳腥藭粨袷侄蔚墨@取他們所要的東西。例如：一名不能克制獎金誘惑的參賽者可能會服用興奮劑。而絕望的參賽者眼中只有獎金，這可能會導(dǎo)致不良的行為。

There is no denying the fact that competitions with prizes can bring people’s initiative into full play. What Is Success?
What is success? Different people hold views on This question. Some think that one is successful if he can make a great deal of money. Others argue that success means holding an important government post. Still others believe that whoever has got high academic title is successful. It is clear that there are quite different opinions on success.
In order to become successful, you should first of all be both perseverant and hardworking. As you know, whatever you do, there are always two possible results: success and failure. When you fail, you should never lose heart. On the contrary, you must build up your confidence and work even harder. You should always keep in mind that perseverance is the mother of success and industry is the key to it. In addition, you should pay great attention to your work method. It is necessary for you to sum up your experience constantly and improve the efficiency of your work. Finally, it is important for you to get along well with your co-workers, care for each other and help each other. If you follow these principles, you will certainly achieve remarkable success in the future.
