幾種常見信件的寫作模式
咨詢信寫作模式：寫信目的+介紹背景+詢問詳情+表示謝意，期盼回復。
投訴信寫作模式：提出投訴+具體投訴內(nèi)容+要求。
邀請信寫作模式：發(fā)出邀請+說明事由+說明活動地點、時間+表示期待、感謝。
致歉信寫作模式: 表示歉意+說明理由+提出彌補措施+請求原諒。
感謝信寫作模式: 表示感謝+說明事由+再次表示感謝。
常用格式
格式
書信格式：要求采用縮進式，縮進可以 4 或 8 個字母
書信結(jié)構(gòu)：稱呼頂格
Dear Sir/Madam/Judy/Jack,(注意后面用逗號)
機構(gòu)：Dear Sir or Madam, /To whom it may concern, / To those concerned,
專業(yè)：Dear Mr. Wang, / Dear Professor Wang, / Dear Editor Wang,
用于對認識但是關系很正式的個人、組織或團體負責人的稱謂：Dear Ms.... or Dear Mr. ...
用于對關系親密的人的稱謂：Dear Tom/Lucy (或者其他材料中給出的名字)
正文縮進4字.
通常分三段，首段：寫信目的 1 句，中段：寫信詳情 4 或 5 句，通常 1 句總述，3 到 4 句分述尾段：收尾 2 句，S1：感謝看信，S2：期待回信
