Located in the nearby suburb of Parnell and on grounds adjacent to the beautiful Auckland Domain and the Auckland Museum, Parnell Student Village is home to 91 students each year and has a life of its own.

About the residence
Parnell Student Village is a 2-storey and 3-storey timber clad complex, consisting of 18 fully-furnished flats, each with their own bathroom. There are 4 four-bedroom, 11 five-bedroom, 2 six-bedroom and 1 eight bedroom flats available.
The Accommodation Management team which consists of the Area Manager, Area Administrator, Area Officer and Resident Advisors provide personal support throughout your stay and arrange a number of social and recreational activities during the year. Our Resident Advisors all live on-site to ensure you have a duty person available 24 hours a day.
The reception services are provided at nearby Carlaw Park Student Village.

You will need to provide your own linen and towels, however a linen pack can be purchased from the residence prior to your arrival.
The cost of power, water, internet and recreation centre membership is included in the fees.
