    Carlaw Park Student Village
    Opened in February 2014, Carlaw Park Student Village is the University's largest purpose built student accommodation for new and returning undergraduate (not school leaver) and postgraduate students.

    About the residence
    Located adjacent to the Auckland Domain (the city's oldest park and home to the War Memorial Museum) and only a short walk from the Owen G. Glenn Building, Carlaw Park Student Village is home to 697 residents in a combination of two, three and four bedroom apartments.
    The Accommodation Management team which consists of the Area Manager, Resident Manager, Resident Coordinator, Area Administrator, Area Officer and Resident Advisors provide personal support throughout your stay and arrange a number of social and recreational activities during the year. Our Resident Advisors all live on-site to ensure you have a duty person available 24 hours a day.

    Every apartment comes furnished with bedroom, kitchen and lounge room furniture and has wireless internet connection.
    You will need to provide your own linen and towels, however a linen pack can be purchased from the residence prior to your arrival.
    The cost of power, water, internet and recreation centre membership is included in the fees.
