Located on the corner of Symonds and Wakefield street, this purpose built student accommodation will open it's doors for the first time in February 2017.

About the residence
Welcoming its first residents in February 2017, our brand new apartment complex is located at 55 Symonds street and offers modern, comfortably furnished, air-conditioned deluxe and deluxe double studio apartments only a short walk from the center of the city campus.
The Accommodation Management team are available during office hours and Resident Advisors who live onsite and provide personal support throughout your stay and arrange a number of social and recreational activities during the year.

Every apartment comes furnished with bedroom room furniture, a wall mounted flat screen TV, and wireless internet connection.
You will need to provide your own linen and towels, however a linen pack can be purchased from the residence prior to your arrival.
The cost of power, water, internet and recreation centre membership is included in the fees.
