    Merit based scholarship conditions
    優(yōu)質獎學金條件
    1. As a recipient of the scholarship, you must:
    a) commence your first year of studies at Swinburne University of Technology in Semester 1 of the Commencement Period outlined in your letter of offer.
    b) undertake an on-campus undergraduate degree.
    c) maintain:
    i. a full-time study load; generally, three units (37.5 credit points) or four units (50 credit points) per semester. Important: If you are on a student visa, a full-time study load is four units (50 credit points) per semester.
    ii. Applicable only to Vice-Chancellor’s, Dean’s Outstanding and Swinburne Excelence Scholarships: an average mark of 70% in each Progress Review Period and you must not fail a unit.
    iii. Applicable only to George Swinburne, STEM and Women in STEM Scholarships: an average mark of 65% in each Progress Review Period and you must not fail a unit.
    iv. Women in STEM Scholarship recipients may continue to hold the scholarship while studying part time.
    d) not behave in a manner which discredits the university or the scholarship program.
    e) seek your own independent advice from the relevant authorities on the effect, if any, that the scholarship may have on your eligibility for Government benefits or any taxation implications.

    iv.女性STEM獎學金獲得者在職學習期間，可以持有獎學金
    2. Payments are made in instalments per year, within 4 working weeks after the Census date of each semester/teaching period upon meeting the conditions set out above.
    a) For Vice-Chancellor’s and Dean’s Outstanding Scholars: you’ll receive 100% of your payment if you are completing 50 credit points in a semester.
    b) payments will be adjusted accordingly for credit points undertaken in each semester on a pro rata basis.
    3. If you withdraw from a unit after the Census date, you will:
    a) be able to retain your scholarship provided you continue to meet the scholarship conditions.
    b) have your subsequent payment adjusted to a pro rata payment for the next semester.
    4. If you withdraw from your degree after the Census date, you will:
    a) forfeit the scholarship and will not be eligible to apply for the scholarship if you re-enrol at a later date.
    b) be liable to repay the payment for the current semester.
    5. The scholarship will be awarded for study in a specific degree and is not transferable to another degree. In exceptional circumstances, the Executive Dean of the relevant Faculty may approve transfer of the scholarship to another degree.
    6. Leave of absence (LOA):
    a) If you take a LOA, you will forfeit the scholarship and will not be eligible to apply for the scholarship on your return from LOA.
    b) If you are on a student visa, you can only apply for LOA if you have compassionate or compelling circumstances.
    c) In exceptional circumstances, the Executive Dean of the relevant Faculty may approve continuation of your scholarship on your return from LOA.
    7. You will be invited to be involved in internal and external University promotional activities for the duration of your scholarship.
    8. Scholarship cannot be held concurrently with other similar scholarships unless specified.

    a.對于副校長和院長突出獎學金：如果一個學期完成50個學分點，將獲得全額發(fā)放

    3.如果在普查日期之后從單元退出，你將：
    a.可以保有獎學金(如果繼續(xù)符合獎學金條件)
    b.在接下來的學期里，按比例調整獎學金發(fā)放數額
    4.如果在普查日后退出學位，你將：
    a.喪失獎學金，并且不能在申請獎學金(如果在晚些時候重新注冊)
    b.償還當前學期支付的獎學金
    5.獎學金針對特定學位頒發(fā)，不能轉移到其他學位。在特殊情況下，相關學院院長可以批準將獎學金轉到其他學位。
    6.休假期間：
    a.如果是在休假，你將喪失獎學金，并且不能在返校之后再申請獎學金
    b.如果持有學生簽證，并且情況值得同情，你可以申請休假期間失去的獎學金
    c.在特殊情況下，相關學院院長可以批準同意在返校之后繼續(xù)享受獎學金
    7.在獎學金期限內，會被邀請參加國內和國外大學促進活動。
    8.除非有特別說明，不能同時享受其他類似的獎學金。
    Commonwealth scholarship conditions
    聯邦獎學金條件
    A Scholarship recipient is required to satisfy the eligibility criteria and agree to the following conditions:
    1. Be in receipt of an Indigenous Commonwealth Scholarship for up to eight scholarship periods only.
    2. During the eight scholarship periods, a recipient may be in receipt of an Indigenous Commonwealth Education Costs Scholarship (I-CECS) and if eligible, an Indigenous Commonwealth Accommodation Scholarship (I-CAS), concurrently or separately.
    3. Should not be in receipt of a CS from more than one provider at any one time:
    a) if a recipient is currently receiving a I-CECS from the University, they cannot also receive a Start-up Scholarship or a Start-up Loan for the same period from Centrelink.
    b) if a recipient is currently receiving a I-CAS from the University, they cannot also receive a Relocation Scholarship or ABSTUDY Residential Costs Options or Commonwealth Accommodation Scholarships for the same period from Centrelink.
    4. Not transfer a Commonwealth Scholarship to study at another institution.
    5. Notify the Manager, Admissions and Scholarships immediately if they:
    a) transfer to another undergraduate program within the University
    b) discontinue full-time study
    c) transfer to another institute
    d) change address
    e) circumstantial change
    6. Where a recipient defers, takes leave of absence or an industry based placement (depending on amount earned during IBL), scholarship payments can be suspended for up to one-year maximum.
    7. Complete a Maintaining Eligibility Form prior to any Commonwealth Scholarship payment each semester (this is not required prior to the first payment).
    8. To maintain the scholarship recipients will need to:
    a) remain enrolled in a full time (min 37.5 credit points per semester) undergraduate program at Swinburne University of Technology, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
    b) meet low socio economic status requirements.
    c) maintain satisfactory academic progress.
    9. Seek independent advice from the relevant authorities on the effect that the scholarship may have on eligibility for Austudy, Youth Allowance or any taxation implications.
    10. Scholarship cannot be held concurrently with other similar scholarships unless specified.
    獎學金獲得者需要滿足資格標準并同意以下條件：
    1.聯邦土著獎學金最多只能享受八個分期。
    2.在八個獎學金分期內，獎學金獲得者可以同時或單獨享受聯邦土著教育成本獎學金 (I-CECS)和(如果符合資格的話)聯邦土著住宿獎學金(I-CAS)。
    3.任何時候不能享受兩個及兩個以上聯邦獎學金：

    b.如果學生當前獲得斯文本科技大學的聯邦土著住宿獎學金，則不能在同一時期內享受福利署的搬遷獎學金或 ABSTUDY 居住成本選項或聯邦住宿獎學金。
    4.不得將聯邦獎學金轉入另一個機構學習。
    5.如果遇到以下情況，要通知管理人員、招生辦和獎學金基金會：
    a.在斯文本科技大學內轉到其他本科課程;
    b.中斷全日制學習;
    c.換居住地址;
    d.環(huán)境改變。
    6.如果獎學金獲得者延期、休假和參加實習，獎學金支付可以暫定一年。
    7.在享受聯邦獎學金之前，每個學期完成“維持資格表”(在第一次發(fā)放之前，不需要填寫)。
    8.為了維持獎學金，獎學金獲得者需要：
    a.保持在斯文本科技大學的本科課程全日制注冊(每個學期至少完成37.5 個學分點)，除非有特殊情況;
    b.滿足社會經濟條件最低要求;
    c.保持令人滿意的學術進展
    9.向相關當局尋求獨立建議，以便獎學金可以同于Austudy、青年津貼或稅收。
    10.除非有特別說明，不能同時享受其他類似獎學金。
