2.Tuition Payment Method and Timing
Tuition is paid once for the first term and again for the second term, generally by direct debit from a bank account (the school covers any debiting fees). If this is not possible, payment may be made in cash at a Tuition Payment Desk.
Notifications of payment are made via the Campus Networking Service (YINS-CNS) and the university website.

Payment may be made by direct debit on specified dates from a bank account in the name of the student who has submitted an account registration form.

Please pay in cash at a Tuition Payment Desk located at each campus during the payment period.

3.Tuition Direct Debit Process
Any account at a national financial institution (including Japan Post Bank) is acceptable. However, students must submit bank information after confirming the points given below as account registration forms vary by institution. Furthermore, the specified account must be in the name of the student.
After filling all required items on the account registration form, please submit the form to the Tuition Payment Desk at the Kofu campus or the Faculty of Medicine campus.
Please confirm that debiting has been successfully done in your bank passbook. This charge will appear as [Tuition, University of Yamanashi] on a Yamanashi Chuo Bank passbook, [same] on a Japan Post Bank passbook and in similar formats in the passbooks of other financial institutions.
Those requiring certificates of payment should request for the same at the Tuition Payment Desk of each campus on the fifth day or after in the following month of the debiting date. Students will be required to present their student IDs.
3.學(xué)費(fèi)直接借記流程
(1)任何國(guó)家財(cái)機(jī)構(gòu)(包括日本郵政銀行)的賬戶都可以支付。但是，由于各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)的賬戶登記表不同，學(xué)生必須在確認(rèn)下列給出的幾點(diǎn)之后，提交銀行信息。此外，賬戶人姓名必須是學(xué)生本人姓名。

Scholarships for private international students
This is for students who are recognized as excellent students and require financial assistance while they are enrolled in University.
Scholarship student will receive Scholarship from Japan Student Services Organization through University. The monthly amount is 48,000yen for undergraduate and graduate students. (the year of 2016)
It is notified from each faculty of the student affairs group or the person in charge of International Student with CNS etc., in around the middle of April every year, and apply them according to the instruction of the person in charge of each faculty.
山梨大學(xué)國(guó)際私費(fèi)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金
這項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金針對(duì)在注冊(cè)山梨大學(xué)期間成績(jī)優(yōu)秀并且需要經(jīng)濟(jì)支援的學(xué)生。
獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金獲得者將通過(guò)山梨大學(xué)，獲得日本學(xué)生服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)提供的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。
該獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金由學(xué)生事務(wù)團(tuán)的各個(gè)部門通知，也可以由負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)際學(xué)生事務(wù)的相關(guān)人員通知。通知時(shí)間大約為每年的四月中旬。學(xué)生可以根據(jù)各個(gè)部門負(fù)責(zé)人的指示申請(qǐng)。
Monbu-kagakusho (MEXT) Scholarship programs
There are two different types of governmental scholarships provided by Monbu-Kagakusho. Please note that selection procedures and requirements are different.

文部科學(xué)省提供有兩類日本政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。請(qǐng)注意，兩類獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的申請(qǐng)流程和要求不同。
1. Selected Oversea
Diplomatic and consular offices of the Japanese government in foreign countries select candidates for the scholarship by examining their papers and the results of a written test and an interview. Then they are recommended to Monbu-Kagakusho, the Japanese Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture. Finally Monbu-Kagakusho selects some candidates as recipients of the scholarship.
International graduate students with excellent records can be selected as candidates for the scholarship on the basis of exchange agreements made between foreign universities and the University of Yamanashi. After the University of Yamanashi recommends candidates to Monbu-Kagakusho, Monbu-Kagakusho finally selects the recipients of the scholarship.
1.海外篩選

2.Selected from Privately Financed International Students already enrolled in the University
Self-supported students with excellent records who are enrolled in graduate courses or are in the last year of undergraduate courses in Japan are recommended to Monbu-Kagakusho after selection by their universities. Recipients for the scholarship are finally selected by Monbu-Kagakusho.
