This leaflet gives an overview of Hosei University’s admission procedures for international students. Before applying, all prospective applicants are asked to refer to the application guidelines on the university website,and register for application online.
本文總體介紹法政大學國際學生入學流程。在申請之前，所有未來申請人需要參照法政大學網(wǎng)站的申請指南，并線上登記申請。
General Admission Requirements
1. In order to be considered for admission to Hosei University, you must fulfill conditions 1), 2) and3)
1) Your nationality must be other than Japanese.
2) You must have completed 12 years of schooling outside Japan under the educational system of a country other than Japan or will complete such schooling before the end of March 2017 [Note 1]. You must be qualified to apply to a university in the country where you have completed/are going to complete your 12 years of schooling or must be recognized to have the equivalent qualifications [Note 2].
3) You must have taken or be going to take the “Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students” (EJU). The EJU subject tests required by Hosei University are listed along with other requirements in the schedule on the reverse page [Note 3].
However, only if you have continuously resided in a country or region where the EJU is not administered (such as in China) until the application date, the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) may take the place of the EJU. (In this case, you need to contact the office before applying for admission. Requirement is).
2. Applicants to the Faculties of Law (Law, Global Politics), Letters (English, Psychology), Economics(International Economics), Business Administration, Intercultural Communication, Sports and Health Studies, Computer and Information Sciences or Bioscience and Applied Chemistry must have taken either the TOEFL®, TOEIC® or IELTS tests during or after September 2014 (the required tests and conditions differ by faculty).
一般入學要求
1.必須滿足1)、2)和3)的要求，才能被考慮入學法政大學。
1)國籍不能是日本國籍
2)必須在日本以外完成非日本教育體制下的12年學校教育，或者在2017年3月結(jié)束之前，完成12年學校教育(備注1)。必須有資格入學學習12年學校教育所在國家的大學，或者必須被認定為具備同等資格(備注2)
3)必須已經(jīng)參加或即將參加日本大學國際學生入學考試。法政大學要求的日本大學國際學生入學考試科目和其他要求一起，列在日程表上(備注3)。
不過，對于繼續(xù)在不實施日本大學國際學生入學考試的國家(比如中國)或地區(qū)的學生，可以不用參加日本大學國際學生入學考試，只參加日語語言能力考試。對于這種情況，在申請入學之前，你需要聯(lián)系相關(guān)辦公室。
2.申請法學院(法律和全球政治)、文學院(英語和心理學)、經(jīng)濟學院(國際經(jīng)濟)、公工商管理學院、跨文化交流學院、體育與健康研究學院、計算機與信息科學學院或者生物科學與應(yīng)用化學學院的學生，必須參加2014年9月期間或之后的托福、托業(yè)或雅思考試。(各個學院的要求考試和條件不一樣。)

a) Those who have completed the equivalent schooling in less than 12 years by skipping grades are also eligible.
b) Those who have completed primary and secondary education outside Japan in a country where the number of years of schooling undertaken prior to entering a tertiary institution is generally designated as less than 12 years are also eligible if they have completed a preparatory course at an educational institution designated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan (provided such candidates are aged 18 years or older as of matriculation).
c) Those who have completed primary and secondary education outside Japan in a country where the number of years of schooling undertaken prior to entering a tertiary institution is generally designated as less than 12 years are also eligible if they can produce official documentation issued by an authority of the country where they have completed such schooling certifying that they have completed the equivalent of 12 years of schooling (provided such candidates are aged 18 years or older as of matriculation).
d) If your 12 years of schooling includes a period of schooling in Japan, the total number of years of such schooling in Japan at the junior and senior high school level must be three years or less AND you must have graduated from ahigh school outside Japan (or an international school in Japan) in order to be eligible. (In the event you are from an international school in Japan, you must be at least 18 years old as of matriculation.)
NB: If you were schooled at an international schoolin Japan and/or a school outside Japan that is part of the Japanese educational system, the period of schooling undertaken at these schools is counted as years of schooling in Japan.

a.通過跳級，在不到12年的時間內(nèi)完成同等學校教育的學生也有資格申請。
b.對于已經(jīng)在日本以外的國家完成中小學教育的學生，如果所在的國家規(guī)定的入學高等學校之前的學校教育年數(shù)普遍少于12年，也可以申請，只要學生已經(jīng)在文部科學省規(guī)定的教育機構(gòu)完成預備課程(這類候選人在入學的時候需要年滿18周歲)。
c.對于已經(jīng)在日本以外的國家完成中小學教育的學生，如果所在的國家規(guī)定的入學高等學校之前的學校教育年數(shù)普遍少于12年，也可以申請，只要他們能出示官方文件，表明他們已經(jīng)完成12年同等教育這類候選人在入學的時候需要年滿18周歲)。
d.對于12年學校教育包括在日本接受教育的學生，在日本初中和高中學習的總年數(shù)必須不超過三年，并且學生畢業(yè)于日本以外的高中(或畢業(yè)于日本的國際學校)，才可以申請。(對于畢業(yè)于日本國際學校的學生，入學法政大學之時必須至少年滿18周歲。)
對于在日本國際學?；蛟谌毡疽酝獾娜帐綄W校接受教育的學生，在這些學校接受教育的年數(shù)算入在日本接受教育的年數(shù)。

a) With regards to the EJU “Japanese as a Foreign Language” test, the Reading Comprehension, Listening Comprehension, Listening & Reading Comprehension, and Writing sections will be considered for the screening.
b) Subjects other than “Japanese as a Foreign Language” may be taken either in Japanese or English.
c) If applicants to the Faculties of Social Sciences, Social Policy and Administration or Sports and Health Studies have taken both “Mathematics (Course 1)” and “Japan and the World,” only the subject with the higher score will be considered for screening

c.對于申請社會科學學院、社會政策與管理學院或者體育與健康研究學院的學生，如果已經(jīng)參加數(shù)學和日本與世界科目考試，那么篩選的時候只考慮分數(shù)較高的科目。
Required Documentation
1. Application for Admission form (specified by the university).
2. Request for Admission form (printed out after you have completed online registration for your application, and have paid the entrance examination fee).
3. Two portrait photographs taken within the last three months (size: 4 cm x 3 cm).
4. Diploma (or an equivalent certificate that proves your expected completion of study) and all grade transcripts from the high school you have graduated from/will graduate from.
NB: If you have completed/will complete higher education, you are also required to submit a diploma and grade transcripts from the last school you attended.
5. Transcripts and a certificate of attendance status from the Japanese language school you have attended (in/outside Japan). Only formal documents that bear the official seal of your school will be accepted.
NB: If you have never attended a Japanese language school, you are required to submit a recommendation letter (using the form specified by the university) from the high school from which you graduated.
6. Certificate of Residence (Juminhyo,in which information on your nationality, visa status and permitted period of residence in Japan is included. This certificate has to be issued within three months prior to the application date.)
NB: Photocopy of your passport if you have not yet notified your address to a Japanese municipality.
7. Photocopy of the score report for the “Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students” taken in either June 2016, June 2015 or November 2015 (only for applicants to the Faculty of Law, a report of the examination in November 2016 is accepted, please submit at a later date a photocopy of the admission ticket in that case.); or,the original of the “Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Certificateof Result and Scores,” obtained by taking the testin either July 2016, July 2015 or December 2015.
8. Documentation that proves your English proficiency (required only if you are applying to the Faculties of Law (Law, Global Politics), Letters (English, Psychology), Economics (International Economics), Business Administration, Intercultural Communication, Sports and Health Studies, Computer and Information Sciences or Bioscience and Applied Chemistry.)You are required to submit a certificate that shows your results for either TOEFL®, TOEIC® or IELTS that you took in September 2014 or later. A printout of the webpage that shows your score online will not be accepted.
NB: In regard to TOEFL®, only the official score report directly sent fromETS to Hosei University will be accepted. Official score reports that do not arrive by the applicationdeadline on October 7, 2016 will be accepted only if you take the test and the required procedures for the test results to be forwarded to Hosei University before August 12, 2016.

1.法政大學規(guī)定的入學申請表;
2.申請表要求(填寫完成線上申請登記并支付入學考試費之后，打印申請表);
3.過去三個月內(nèi)拍攝的肖像照(兩張，大小為4 cm x 3 cm);
4.文憑和所有高中成績單。也可以提供能證明你預計完成學業(yè)的同等證書;(對于已經(jīng)完成或即將完成高中教育的學生，還需要提供最近就讀的學校發(fā)放的文憑和開具的成績單。)
5.所就讀的日語學校(日本國內(nèi)國外都算)開具的成績單和就讀證明。只接受蓋有學校公章的正式文件。(如果沒有在日語學校學習過，需要提交法政大學規(guī)定的由先前就讀學校寫的推薦信。)
6.居留證(居留證上寫明國籍、簽證身份和居留許可期限等信息)。居留證必須在申請日期之前的三個月內(nèi)簽發(fā)。(如果還沒有將住址告知日本市政當局，需要提供護照復印件。)
7.日本大學國際學生入學考試成績報告復印件?？荚嚂r間需要為2016年6月、2015年6月或2015年11月(申請法學院的學生，可以提交2016年11月的入學考試成績報告;對于這種情況，請于晚些時候提交準考證復印件);或者，也可以提交2016年7月、2015年7月或2015年12月的日語語言能力考試成績報告。
8.英語能力證明(申請法學院(法律和全球政治)、文學院(英語和心理學)、經(jīng)濟學院(國際經(jīng)濟)、公工商管理學院、跨文化交流學院、體育與健康研究學院、計算機與信息科學學院或者生物科學與應(yīng)用化學學院的學生才需要提交)。需要提交2014年9月或以后的托福、托業(yè)或雅思考試成績證明。不接受線上成績網(wǎng)頁打印。
對于托?？荚嚕唤邮苤苯訌目荚囍行陌l(fā)送到法政大學的官方成績報告。不接受在2016年10月7日之后送達的官方成績報告，除非你參加2016年8月12日之前的考試，并且完成將考試成績送達法政大學所需的手續(xù)。
Notes regarding required documentation
• In addition to the documents specified from 1 through 8, you may be requested to submit a certificate that proves your successful completion of the standard course of study.
• You need to submit original documents unless a photocopy is specifically requested. If your high school or the last school you attended issues only a single original per document, you need to submit a certified true copy that bears an official seal or signature of the school. Otherwise, prior to your application, you are required to visit our Admissions Center and present the original document for certification.
• If your documents are written in a language other than Japanese, English or Chinese, you must attach a Japanese or English translation of them. In such a case, an additional document issued by a public organization, such as an embassy of your country, that notarizes the translation must be submitted as well. (Notarization by a private translation agency is not acceptable.)
• The above mentioned English proficiency test results take about six to eight weeks to issue after the test date. Make sure you take the test early enough o meet the application deadline. If the test results are not submitted (or sent directly from the administrative organization of the test to Hosei University) by the application deadline, your application will not be accepted.
關(guān)于所需文件的說明：
1.除了上述8條列舉的文件，可能還需要提交證明，表明你已經(jīng)順利完成標準課程學習。
2.除非有復印件特別說明，一般都需要提交原件。如果你的高中或最近就讀的學校只簽發(fā)單一原件，你需要提交蓋有學校公章的真實復印件。否則，在申請之前，你需要來法政大學的招生中心進行原件核實。
3.如果文件的語言不是日語、英語或漢語，必須附上日語或英語翻譯本。對于這種情況，同時需要提交負責對翻譯本進行公證的公共機構(gòu)(日本使館)簽發(fā)的其他文件。(不接受私人翻譯機構(gòu)的公證。)
4.上面提到的英語能力考試成績在考試日期之后的六周到八周才能拿到。因此確保盡早參加考試，以免錯過申請截止日期。如果在申請截止日期之后提交考試成績(或者不直接從考試中心發(fā)送到法政大學的考試成績)，申請不會被接受。
