1.Required Documentation
Send only the transcripts/documents indicated. Do not send any additional documentation (letters of reference, certificates, achievements, financial statements, etc.).

Interim and final transcripts should be submitted as soon as possible. If your interim average is sufficiently high you may be considered for a conditional offer of admission. If your high school reports quarterly, transcripts from each quartile should be submitted. Generally speaking, it is inadvisable to request that a transcript be sent to McMaster before interim grades are available if course work is in progress (ie. prior to an institution’s January grade release). Transcripts should show all grades achieved plus all courses expected to be completed by the end of the academic/school year.
All 105 applicants will receive their admission decision via e-mail. After applying, please check your e-mail regularly for updates.

2.Submission of Documentation
It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to arrange for required documentation to be delivered to McMaster University well in advance of any deadline dates. Documentation received after the deadline for submission will be reviewed for admission on a case-by-case basis if space in the requested program/faculty exists.

All documents submitted in support of your application for admission become the property of the University and are not returnable. If you are not accepted, or you fail to enroll following acceptance, your documentation will be destroyed at the end of the admission cycle. If you reapply, you must submit any new academic information in addition to the documentation submitted previously.

When submitting your document(s), use the label(s) provided, with your preprinted student number on them. This will ensure that your documents are matched to your file in the most efficient manner possible. If you are unable to use the labels provided, you should ensure that all supporting documentation is clearly labelled with either your McMaster Student Number (found on your confirmation letter) or your Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC) application reference number.

3.Official Transcripts
An official transcript is a complete academic record of all individual courses and grades achieved at an educational institution. It must be signed by a presiding official and bear the seal or certified stamp of the issuing institution. The signature, seal and/or stamp should appear on all pages of the document. A transcript is considered official only if it is sent directly to McMaster from the issuing institution in a sealed envelope. The University reserves the right to require applicants with an English Language Proficiency score disparate from their academic English prerequisite achievement to present further evidence of proficiency. If evidence of misrepresentation of fraudulent or falsified documentation is found, the penalty is severe. McMaster University reserves the right to rescind any Offer of Admission and/or scholarship.
3.官方成績單

Photocopies of Documents will not be accepted for admission consideration.
Where documentation from a school outside of Canada is in a language other than English, a certified English translation (signed, sealed, and stamped) must be included with the original language documents. A certified translation must be issued by one of the following:

The translator must include a photocopy of the document(s) from which the translation was prepared, and an original statement indicating that the translation is accurate and authentic. The translator must also include their contact information (including identification number and/or seal, name, address, and telephone number) printed name and signature in the statement.
