學(xué)生們希望能根據(jù)自己的興趣加入組織或俱樂部，下面列出的組織聯(lián)系信息(自2013年5月起官方認(rèn)定的組織)，你可以在課外活動辦公室，學(xué)生事務(wù)部門以及學(xué)術(shù)事務(wù)部詢問。
官方認(rèn)證組織登記程序(部門內(nèi)組織除外)
根據(jù)《京都大學(xué)學(xué)生組織規(guī)定》申請一個新的或重新注冊組織。
為了使學(xué)校官方認(rèn)定新組織，它應(yīng)該與任何預(yù)先存在認(rèn)可組織的目的不同，也應(yīng)該有一個建議顧問成員，并且學(xué)術(shù)事務(wù)部的學(xué)生事務(wù)處應(yīng)該了解該活動過去三年的記錄，它為什么值得認(rèn)可。而現(xiàn)有正式認(rèn)可組織應(yīng)在每年5月15日提交申請重新登記。

It is needless to mention that in university education students should build their characters primarily through regular curricula, but students' independent and voluntary collective activities in culture and sports are also considered to be essential for building their characters with fine sensibility as well as emotional and physical health.
Through participating in an organization fitting their individual personalities and conditions, students can enjoy their campus life with greater happiness and fun in a limited period of time.
Students who wish to join a student organization should apply directly to the organization of their interest. For contact information concerning the organizations listed below (officially recognized organizations as of May 2013), you can inquire at the Extracurricular Activities Office, Student Affairs Division, Academic Affairs Department.
Officially recognized student organizations
Registration procedure for officially recognized organizations (excluding intradepartmental organizations)
Apply for a new or renewed registration under the "Kyoto University Rules on Student Organizations."
For a new organization to be officially recognized, it should be deemed to have a purpose different from any of the pre-existing recognized organizations and should have an advising faculty member and Student Affairs Division of the Academic Affairs Department should deem its activity record over the past three years to be worth official recognition. Existing officially recognized organizations should submit an application for renewed registration by May 15, each year.
