The 5 essay questions are as follows:

1. Please describe your short-term professional goals and how you plan to achieve them. Be as specific as possible for example including the industry or sector, specific companies, etc. (200-word limit)
請描述你的短期職業(yè)目標，還有你計劃如何實現(xiàn)它們。盡可能具體地包括比方說產(chǎn)業(yè)或區(qū)，特定的公司，等等。(200詞以內(nèi))
2. Describe one substantial accomplishment and one failure in a professional, academic or private endeavor (400-word limit)
描述一次職業(yè)，學(xué)術(shù)或者個人努力的一次重大成就和失敗。(400詞以內(nèi))
3. Describe the most difficult situation (personal, academic or professional) that you have faced recently (200-word limit)
描述你最近面臨的最困難處境(私人，學(xué)術(shù)或職業(yè)的)(200個詞以內(nèi))
4. Describe a past experience that has shaped who you are today (200-word limit)
描述過去一次塑造了今天的你的經(jīng)歷。
5. I consider myself a young talent suitable for the program be… (200-word limit)
