翻譯思路：stakeholder不是“股東”了
stakeholder本義是股東，這里借“股東”中“持有公司股票，享受公司利益”這一層含義。病人，是醫(yī)院的“受益者”。
這個句子還有一個謂語結(jié)構(gòu)recruit…to its cause，意思是“招募…到自己的事業(yè)中”。意思是“醫(yī)院要吸納…來成為自己事業(yè)的支持者”。
